The lobby is quite cool, though! The common area of the laundry room, including the corridor, was very stuffy. There were no bags for clothes in the laundry room, and the room was not found. I hope it can be improved. The items ordered were delivered quickly, but the TV in the room could not be projected, which was a bit different from others. The breakfast was not rich, and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Helped me delay check-out, and took the initiative to call if I left something behind, which was good

I have stayed in so many hotels, this one really impressed me! The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by attractions and shopping malls, and the travel is super convenient. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration is very modern. When checking in, the staff patiently answered various questions and sent local play guides intimately. The rooms are warmly furnished and smart homes are readily available, which can easily adjust the lights and temperature. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the shower head has smooth water and hot water comes quickly. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich and varied, not only with specialties from all over the world, but also freshly squeezed juice, opening a full day of vitality. Staying here is as comfortable as at home, highly recommended to everyone!

A few little sisters at the front desk were very good. I asked if there were any chopsticks. The sisters gave me their chopsticks directly and said that they could use their hands. There is also a small sister with a high skull top who is very good. Every time I go in and out, I will say hello. I am waiting for the bus at the door and ask us if we want to drink anything. As always Sunshine Resort in Sanya is like a home always from home...but with better cooking :) From the warm welcome from Vanessa at the front desk...to all the cleaners, wait staff and pool staff..you are treated as a valued visitor. It is great to see the extra loung chairs at the pool and on the property above the beach and chairs and umbrellas on the beach...well done. A big benefit is the newly developed bosrdwalk that goes the entire lenght of the beach with plenty of food and drink. Also....although I do not have kids here..they always have entertainment on the holidays for the young ones. I will always return the the special...”Sunshine” in Sanya

Stayed 4 days in a hotel. The hotel is located nearby the biggest shopping mall in dadunhai area, which provides a big number of attractions inside, fine dining and shopping. Dadunhai beach is okay with well developed infrastructure. Breakfast is perfect with a huge amounts of dishes both European, Russian and Chinese cuisine.

There were definitely some positives and negatives about this hotel. First off, I will say the staff was very friendly. They would greet you with a smile wherever they saw you on property. I ate dinner at the poolside restaurant a few times and I enjoyed my food as well. Some negatives were that the hallway itself smelt moldy and nasty. Could be due to the carpeting, which was in bad condition, or all the old wood decor or a combo of both. My room smelt the same. The shower smelt like urine and some of the wood in the bathroom was rotting. I guess due to continuous exposure to water. I also didn’t like the fact that there was little accessibility for a stroller. Maybe I didn’t see it, but, to get down to the pool and most of the restaurants I only saw a staircase which was inconvenient to take my baby around. I did like the fact that it was right across the road from the beach, but, also somewhat far from the airport. Another positive is that they had a nice play area for the kids. My baby loved playing there. Everyone is different. Maybe you will enjoy this hotel. That is just a bit of my honest review.

Fifth time choosing this hotel while traveling to Sanya, used to come with friends, and now for business trips. The hotel has changed a lot over the years, and it was kinda going very low quality in terms of amenities and services few months ago. But they have made recent improvements, like the wooden deck that finally had been renovated and look nice and clean now. I was disappointed at first at my arrival since the staff was not welcoming at all, not even smiling or helping with luggages, but then Johnson took over and has been amazingly helpful! His English was great, and he upgraded my room for one with the nicest view over the pool and bay, which was really appreciated. Amber at the reception has also been a great host, great English and attitude, she helped me with my late check out. These two really made my stay better. Overall this hotel is always a good and quiet choice. Sadly they removed their western food options for the restaurant and room service, so not ideal for foreigners. But breakfast is good and got all the options. I’ll definitely come back, since to me it’s still one of the most beautiful hotel in the area, but hoping for some more improvements to take it back to the level it used to be.

The JW Marriott Hotel Sanya is truly an exceptional place to stay. The hotel's location is superb, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The dining options are diverse and delicious. KAZAKOV is extremely professional and friendly. His service is impeccable. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was always there with a smile on his face and ready to help.
