Advantages: friendly stuff, surfing, not very close to the noisiest street, cheap. Sea is just some blocks from the hotel. It would be nice if reception desk stops people from smoking and speaking loudly in the hall.

The location and the facility were great. The thing with the owner was a bit challenging at the beginning. No English what so ever but still, can communnicate through translation app. After explaining our situation the owner agreed to meet our requirements with no extra charge, thank you very much. Another thing is I had to ask 2-3 times before my room was cleaned and towels and bed sheets changed for new. Still, if the owner understands that sheets need to be changed more regularly I would come back again

Lovely and very low-priced hotel just two blocks from the beach, in the heart of Houhai. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful, though they do not speak English. Highly recommend!

The Location was great. It's really close to the beach. It's not exactly on the beachfront but it's about 1 or 2 rows away. It's close to the good restaurants. Cleanliness could improve slightly to make sure that people's hair (won't mention which hair) has been removed when cleaning the apartment. The room is quite neat. Excellent value for money. The biggest positive was the great and friendly service. I couldn't find the location because of reception difficulty in the area. The staff member came to a different hotel and made the effort to fetch me knowing that it might be hard for foreigners to understand complicated directions. I've never seen something like that before. Very kind and friendly service

Awesome location and pretty good room.

A very cute little hotel in an amazing location. The room was comfortable but there were a few small problems which I hope they will fix for future guests. We had checked in already and had gone out when they called me to come back to the hotel because they had forgotten some paperwork. I had to leave our event and go back to the hotel to accommodate them. It would have been nice if they could have waited until we returned to the hotel on our own schedule. Another problem was the toilet leaking water into the floor every time it was flushing. Also the shower drain did not work so the water filled the bathroom floor when taking a shower.

來三亞最最開心的一次住宿，前台小姐姐特別貼心，去哪裡玩都可以諮詢他，避開很多坑，愛你呦！老闆娘也很熱心，後海有很多小吃，讓你吃個夠。她家還有很多水上項目，在他家沖浪了，小教練很帥哦，最舒服的是她家很安靜一點都不吵，我對睡眠環境要求很高的人都沒有問題，到村口還可以安排擺渡車接。總之很開心😁😁。友友們沖啊！

位置： 距離村口300米，靠大海100米，非常便利的位置，可以在村口花兩塊錢坐電動車到民宿，很方便，完全不用自己找路 房間大小： 寬敞明亮，沖浪服泳衣也都有地方掛，通風性很不錯，房間乾淨整潔 每次來後海都選擇住在這裏，民宿的小院子很可愛，老闆娘也真的非常貼心、熱情，在後海的日子要麼去蜈支洲發呆，要麼去海邊沖浪，每天都很開心。下次一定還來

看着網站評價選擇了這家民宿，真的沒讓我失望，服務真的太熱情了，停車位置告訴的很詳細，到村口又安排車把我們接到店，房間很温馨，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，離海邊距離一分鐘，小吃街也就一兩分鐘的距離，最主要自帶廚房和洗衣機，晚上我們買的菜做的飯，在小院和朋友喝點小酒太爽了！在這玩了沖浪，教練也很用心！下次來必須多住幾天！
