Ulasan Mingshen Golf & Bay Resort Sanya

I was traveling with my family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and celebrate New Year's.They did not show any respect to the holidaymakers on New Year's, did not organize any events, and did not allow the holidaymakers to gather to welcome the New Year.And They charged me two times for cleaning fees of 120 yuan for washing chocolate stain total of 240 yuan, saying that the linen in the children's room was dirty. I also paid more than five thousand yuan for the family room by trip.com but when I arrived at the hotel, they charged me another five thousand yuan and said that they would return the money within three working days after I was check-out. This is a very serious insult. Also, the cleaning is very poor, the carpets are not vacuumed, the breakfast is very bad. Russian tourists came in and skipped breakfast. It seemed like a low-class, outdated hotel. So I recommend not to be fooled by the price and stay at this hotel.

This hotel have nice view to marina , the cleanest beach ( SyaoDunhai) is only 15 minutes walking. Rooms are comfortable, clean and full furnitured. Also you can find a lot of cafes, shops and massage opposite of hotel.

The best part was the pool except the pool bar doesn’t sell alcohol so you can’t enjoy an afternoon cocktail which was extremely disappointing. The breakfast selection was mediocre. Also restaurants were closed all day. It says staff speak English but no one spoke English, luckily I speak Chinese. My first room stank of smoke but they quickly changed me to a different room. The view from the room was good but construction right below. Hopefully it’s finished now. In the pictures it looks like the bath tub is in the room but it’s actually on the balcony with no privacy and loads of insects.

We loved outlet stay there. The location is great and it’s a paradise for golf lovers. The grand entrance of the hotel has that wow effect you need! Food was yummy too and the choice is big.😀😀😀

better avoid December. a lot of companies annual conference going on in this period. breakfast time can be horrible busy when everyone rushs for morning conference. hotel can be very noisy if doors of conference hall are opened by any stupid reason. eg they might sing at the end of meeting or party.

Was great and loved the resorts flexibility in helping foreigners

I found breakfast quite limited but cheap of courae. The room was nice. No furniture on the balcony. No beach nearby but not far from Dadonghai by car. Nobody speaks English at the reception. Every communication took a long time. Our fridge did not work and we were told it is the same in every room. We insisted to change it and they did. The swimming pool is large but mostly shallow and nobody swims in it. But we tried and found one hood spot a bit deeper. I think they need to change the carpet in the hall and improve breakfast.

Overall the stay was good. They could use some customer service improvements and open the bar.

Velue for money , was very pleasant stay.

酒店位置有點偏，適合自駕，房間不小，但比較陳舊，就這樣還要收五百按金，服務還可以，就是説給拿花露水的，前台小姑娘轉頭就忘了，不過蚊子不毒，一會兒就好了，酒店送的出海，需要再每人付款八塊錢的什麼碼頭費用，床品衞生還可以

位置在半山半島，出門不遠，就是遊艇碼頭，酒店設施一看就是老了，大堂露台的木地板有些陳舊了，房間一看就是老式的裝修，衞生不錯，服務也很好，還可以吧。

訂了海棠灣酒店 因為要出海在這家過渡，各方面都很超預期 性價比好高 早餐也是。一大早八點就退房了，根本還沒來得及逛完，但已經超值了。
