Ulasan Resort Golden Palm

Yalong Bay is STUNNING. My wife and I enjoyed just how beautiful everything was. Golden Palm Resort was ideal - lovely pool, great amenities, very close to the beach and with incredibly helpful staff (thanks to 黄有花 !) Breakfast was varied and decent, though the coffee machine sometimes went on the fritz. Overall, we thoroughly loved our stay, and would definitely book again!

I would rather rank it 4 stars hotel! It’s a bit old, but 5 starts for the outdoor swimming pool! Cross the street and the beach is right in front of you! Quite few restaurants ( a bit expensive though) around! We went before CNY and surprisingly was pretty chilled at night.

Golden Palm is a wonderful hotel, the location is very convenient, just across the beach. The swimming pool is huge and very clean. The service is wonderful and so kind. We will definitely stay again here and suggest it to all your friends. 😍

I recently stayed at Resort Golden Palm in Sanya and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The initial encounter with the lobby staff wasn't very pleasant, but the rest of the staff throughout my stay were exceptionally friendly. The hotel's prime location, just across the beach and 800 meters from restaurants, malls, and markets, adds significant value. The highlight of the resort is undoubtedly its amazing pool and lake. Additionally, the unexpected gifts of a complimentary photoshoot and fishing experience were a pleasant surprise. The photoshoot was entirely free, allowing me to choose five pictures with the option to purchase extras at a reasonable price. I opted for the fishing experience, but since I wasn't familiar with it, the staff kindly replaced it with a fish foot spa, showcasing their flexibility and commitment to guest satisfaction. On the downside, I booked the cheapest room, which proved to be spacious but disappointing. The room had an old and unpleasant smell, and the bathroom felt like it belonged to a 2-star hotel with its outdated and dark features. This aspect significantly affected my overall impression. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to the area's best hotels and the positive encounters with most staff members leave me considering a future stay, with the hope of exploring a different room for a potentially improved experience. Addressing the room conditions could significantly enhance the overall appeal of Resort Golden Palm.

The Golden Palm was a basic hotel. The staff were friendly. Everything was clean, but a little old. The pool was nice. It was right across from the beach and only a few hundred meters from tons of restaurants. The breakfast was good, but was all Chinese food, which didn't bother me, but just want others to be aware. Highly recommend for any travelers that aren't too concerned about a really luxurious place but are looking for a comfortable, clean stay in Sanya.

The location of the hotel is great. It is just across the road from the beach and in walking distance from some of the restaurants and shops. The territory is very nice, there is a nice pool and also exit to the lake. It is a good place to relax there in the evening laying on the hammock. The staff is accommodating and friendly. However, the rooms are in need of renovation. The furniture is old and there is some mold in the bathroom. It was okay for me since I spent most of my days out.

The hotel is little old . But it's very accessible to Yalong beach ❤️ 1 receptionist can speak English and she's so polite 🌹

Great hotel opposite the beach. Food was decent, mostly Chinese cuisine. Location is fantastic.

Very good for its price

酒店房間有些舊，衞生間洗臉盆有漏水找管家溝通過也過來維修過，但還是有一點點漏水，不過也不影響我。酒店的管家和服務員小妹妹很有禮貌非常熱情，酒店距離海邊步行幾分鐘，游泳池水也蠻乾淨。酒店自助早餐不怎麼樣98一位太貴了！

三亞金棕櫚酒店太好了，每次去都入住，酒店氣勢恢宏，一進門大門敞開，迎八方來客，感受度太好了，前台經理幫助免費升級到湖景房，景色太優美了，出門就是大海，亞龍灣真是一望無際，清澈見底😊
