The hotel is super strategic, super nice, super clean and staffs are really friendly. Worth spending your money here. Will come back again.

Be honest that hotel its absolutely nightmares I had only one night believe me better to sleep on the street !!!!?

I loved the place but it wasn’t that clean but it was okay I liked the location and everything was near and the workers and stuff were really nice and helpful loved ittt 🩷🩷

The staff were friendly and there were a lot of amenities like toilet paper and toiletries, which was nice. I would like to come here again next time. I recommend it to Koreans! I have attached the outside view.

The room walls were dirty and smelled. I told the front desk and got an upgrade to a larger room. The service was very good.

Stayed here because the hotels in this area are convenient. But when I got to the hotel, I had to inform them to change the towels every day because on the first day, they didn't change the towels. The bathroom was empty. On the first day, the bathroom was not clean. What a shame. I saw that it is a hotel chain with Comfotel PRPL. I have stayed at this hotel before. It was very good.

Very well located hotel. 10 min walk from the large westfield shopping centre. In the middle of two Metro stops. 20 min from central London by Tube. The simple and discreet hotel rather close but with narrow stairs and rather strange leanings. The room very small, the bed not comfortable, no possibility of storage because no place for clothes. Small bathroom with clogged sink. Loads of police and ambulance sirens all day. Hotel made just for sleeping.
