There were definitely some positives and negatives about this hotel. First off, I will say the staff was very friendly. They would greet you with a smile wherever they saw you on property. I ate dinner at the poolside restaurant a few times and I enjoyed my food as well. Some negatives were that the hallway itself smelt moldy and nasty. Could be due to the carpeting, which was in bad condition, or all the old wood decor or a combo of both. My room smelt the same. The shower smelt like urine and some of the wood in the bathroom was rotting. I guess due to continuous exposure to water. I also didn’t like the fact that there was little accessibility for a stroller. Maybe I didn’t see it, but, to get down to the pool and most of the restaurants I only saw a staircase which was inconvenient to take my baby around. I did like the fact that it was right across the road from the beach, but, also somewhat far from the airport. Another positive is that they had a nice play area for the kids. My baby loved playing there. Everyone is different. Maybe you will enjoy this hotel. That is just a bit of my honest review.

Nestled along the picturesque coastline of Sanya, this hotel offered a truly remarkable experience. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The rooms were impeccably designed, blending modern amenities with traditional Chinese elements, creating a harmonious and inviting ambiance. The cleanliness was exemplary, with every corner meticulously maintained. Overall, our stay at this Sanya hotel was an unforgettable experience, leaving us with cherished memories and a desire to return.

We booked a king-size bed room, and the front desk upgraded it to a family suite. The room was large and clean. It was cleaned every day, and the bedding was changed every day. There was a swimming pool right outside the room, and it was very clean. The location of the hotel is also very good, you can walk to the beach and the night market, it is very quiet at night, and it feels like a vacation.

So many more positives that I would definitely stay here again - but there are a couple things that could be improved. Here are the good bits: Location: super close to Yalong bay and easy to get Didi to other places Service: rooms cleaned everyday, 24 hour reception, 24 hour resort transport, awesome breakfast, free shuttle bus to beach Cleanliness: all good! Amenities: warm swimming pool with loungers, all the usual things you would expect in the room. Here’s the stuff to improve: Half of the main swimming pool was closed the whole duration - this was not mentioned when booked. The swimming pool is open until 11:00pm which means if you’re in building one, you will hear kids screaming until 11:00pm. The beach bus is super old and broken - the ac doesn’t work and half the time I felt like we were going to break down! Also, there is no service between 11:30 and 14:00. Some areas of the resort/villas are still under construction.

The location of the hotel is great. It is just across the road from the beach and in walking distance from some of the restaurants and shops. The territory is very nice, there is a nice pool and also exit to the lake. It is a good place to relax there in the evening laying on the hammock. The staff is accommodating and friendly. However, the rooms are in need of renovation. The furniture is old and there is some mold in the bathroom. It was okay for me since I spent most of my days out.

The room was great, spacious and clean! It was super convenient to have a refrigerator and washing machine. The facilities were great and the price/performance ratio was very high! The community environment was nice and there was a swimming pool for swimming. The big villa inside was super nice. We went to the beach during the day and enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the community at night. The front desk service was great! They also lent us swimming rings. It took 10 minutes to walk to Yatai Night Market, and a few minutes to walk to the beach. I saw a bus at the entrance of the community, which seemed to be 349 Yalong Bay circulatory! The diving in Yalong Bay recommended by the boss was pretty good!

I really like this hotel, and I will choose to stay in the future because this time is a long stay, and the convenience and cost performance have to be considered. The plan is to bring the children out, choose two double beds, and finally the children are unwilling to go all the way, one person and one double bed can also avoid snoring affecting the other party. The hotel is in a high-end community. The check-in place is a bit rudimentary. I was a little worried. I found that it was so big when I entered the room. There is a kitchen and a washing machine. You can cook and wash your clothes yourself. There is also a yard downstairs to dry clothes. The hotel is in Yalong Bay, saying that it is 700 meters away from the beach. It takes 15 minutes to walk fast. Afraid of walking, in addition to the online car, there is a bus stop at the door, directly to the beach of Yalong Bay. Sanya has been here six times before and after, and I am more familiar with Yalong Bay. For so many years, Baihua Valley is still there, and there is a coastal world next to it. There is also a Yatai business that is recruiting, eating and drinking all, Starbucks Naixuexi Tea McDonald's KFC a lot. The most important thing is that the price is not expensive, and it is only1.8 kilometers to the outlets. I didn't expect to spend in Sanya at the outlets. The boss is also very friendly, except for check-in and check-out, the whole process is not disturbed, as comfortable as at home. By the way, in addition to the swimming pool, there is also a gym in the community. After getting up early and shooting the sunrise, I went to the iron and it was comfortable!

The room is quite big, and the environment is not bad. But the facilities feel a bit old, the toilet flush and the door handle are a bit old, and charging is not very convenient, there is no socket by the bed, charging needs to be placed on the ground or in the living room. The deposit is a bit high. I only stay for one night. The deposit is higher than my room rate, which is not reasonable. The service attitude is not bad, I was in a hurry to leave, and the front desk quickly checked out for me.

Affordable, fully equipped, refrigerator, kitchen supplies, you can cook by yourself, there is a ground parking lot in the community, a few minutes away from Yalong Bay by car, suitable for long-term vacation, next time you have the opportunity to come again, the proprietress also enthusiastically presented a bowl of home-cooked incense rice 🍚, I wish the store business is booming!

This is five star resort but stuffs can’t speak english. Communication was so hard for us. Electric problem was every day. Location and facilities were good 👍 We wanted bath with roses like at the trip pictures 😊 But there weren’t roses in the bath
