Aegean Blue Suites

The hotel is situated about 300meters from main square and easily reachable on foot! Our room was divided into a small living room and bedroom. The bathroom is rather small! Everything is well designed but only 4* quality! There are 2 TVs and a water heater!The best is the whirlpool! Ours was with a view to the grapeyards and the sea! There is also a terrace on top of the building! A good breakfast choice is served starting at 8:30 to the room! All in all we were happy here!

We stayed at Aegean Blue for four nights of our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. Even before we had arrived, the owner Athena contacted us to see if we needed anything arranging. They organised a transfer for us and we were greeted by the receptionist Olga on arrival. Olga and Athena were so friendly and helpful through our stay. They helped us arrange a hire car and gave us recommendations of places to go and things to do on the island. The room was stunning! It was so clean and pristine (and I’m very fussy), the view was stunning and the pool was a great size. Our breakfast was delivered to our room every morning so enjoying it on the balcony with the view was such a relaxing start to the day. The suite was so private and had everything we needed. Five star stay!!

We stayed here for 5 nights during some really hot weather. The room was beautiful, as was the pool space and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Air con worked great and the cleaning staff were superb. The host was easily contactable and very helpful. We had our 14 year old son with us who was perfectly comfortable on the sofa bed but the room and outside space did make him feel a little left out during the day. Two loungers, two seats on the balcony, two glasses and two cups. Small details but they did make a difference to our stay. Also, it would be useful to have somewhere to hang towels to dry during the day and at night. Pyrgos is a beautiful place, the people are very friendly and welcoming. Don’t be afraid to walk 5 mins outside the village where the prices are much more reasonable and avoid the mini market! Overall, it was an enjoyable stay but probably better for two people rather than three.
