Dolphins Apartments

We had booked an apartment on their website During the booking the apartment appeared to have photos with view of the sea… In reality that apartment does not have any sea view… the photos with view of the sea do not correspond to the reality. The manager of this apartments uses these photos for marketing purposes… So if you want to book any apartment with sea view don’t trust the photos… be careful don’t book it !!! We had to leave immediately during the check in ! As we wanted an apartment with a sea view …

The is good and bad about the Dolphins. It is in a great location, the first person I met, Tina at Receptions, was fantastic and really made me feel welcome. The apartment is quite moldy and the shower was a nightmare - hot - cold - hot -cold. They did change the shower head when I told them the old one was broken and stuck in pulse mode. The really bad issue is the housekeeping staff. The do clean fairly well but they come and go as they please and enter with a key without knocking. The begin to use all of the hot water for the washing machines so there is no water pressure or hot water for the guests. They leave those machines beeping endlessly when the cycle completes and they never stop talking at the top of their lungs! They seriously diminish the enjoyment of the vacation. The property has potential but I would not return. The Reception staff - particularly Tina - was the only bright spot in this facility. I would recommend avoiding, however.

Very friendly staff, great location

A little bit out of date, this hotel location is convenient though. Just a few steps and you’re on the beach. Our room was ready when we arrived. One bedroom with a “king size” bed (they put two twin beds together) and two twin beds instead of a sofa bed for our kids. We didn’t use the kitchen but the small refrigerator. Bathroom was kind of funny; shower is 3 x 3 on the corner with a curtain touching you during your shower experience. Water pressure was on. Daily housekeeping for making the beds, garbage and changing of towels, not sweeping of the floor. Toilet paper needs to be asked for.

Very basic and quite dated accommodation. Aircon okay but only in bedroom. Clean and surprisingly no bugs or mosquitoes at all. Location is excellent for bars and restaurants and a few yards from the beach.

Very convenient location and acceptable condition for the price for a family of 5. Picture showing the ocean is misleading, it is not oceanfront.

Muito boa. Localização de frente pra praia. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Unico problema foi a internet que não funcionou de jeito nenhum, fora isso tudo certo!

De 2 appartementen waren slecht onderhouden, gedateerd en al lange tijd niet meer fatsoenlijk gepoetst. Airco vol met stof, overal vond je nog haren en strandresten van vorige bezoekers, ook in de bedden. De matrassen zeer oud, vies en niet comfortabel. De airco werkte niet fatsoenlijk. En een melding vanuit de reisleiding richting personeel zorgde niet voor actie om probleempunten op te lossen. Gelukkig maar 1 i.p.v. 4 nachten hoeven te overnachten door hotelwissel.
