Excellent location of the hotel: within walking distance from the main attractions. There is a large grocery store nearby. The apartment has a kitchen and a kitchen refrigerator, so it is very convenient to buy groceries at the store and cook yourself. The staff is very polite and ready to help. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed here to catch an early morning bus to the airport. It is close to the city center, markets, squares, museums and art galleries.

We spent 6 days staying at the hotel, we had some problems with the room, but they were very helpful with us. It is well located close to the market, restaurants and metro stations. The place nearby is known to be dangerous, but we were careful when going out and didn't have any problems related to that. They were wonderful days and I recommend them for the comfort I had during those days, and for the support of the girls.

The room size is okay, the bed is clean, the floor is not particularly clean, and the facilities are complete, but the sun can still penetrate the curtains regardless of the use. It is too bright to sleep during the day, and the service is warm

Dirty, poorly maintained apartment, the fan blew dust stuck to it, dirty towels and even cockroaches - everything photographed and sent to Decolar. 2 elevators for about 300 apartments! Impossible!!! I changed hotels.

I was in Santiago from 10/10 to 14/10 and had the worst experience with service and accommodation in my life, the room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained (the bed linens were ok). We arrived at the building before check-in and left our bags in the “office”. When we returned, they only gave us one key to access the building and the apartment. There were 5 people. In the apartment, we found a dirty room, dusty floors, a horrible view from the room. The balcony was damp, all the kitchen utensils were dirty inside the drawers, the bathroom overflowed water into the room, the bathtub curtain was moldy. When we went to see the bunk bed, it was broken and patched with tape and sealing wax. We complained to try to change rooms or change the bed and were accused of destroying the apartment to force the change!!! We thought this was absurd. We had to buy toilet paper because they provided one roll for 5 people to stay for 4 days. I do not recommend this place at all. It is a shame because the location is great.

Located a few blocks from the Plaza de la Moneda in a super central area, where there are supermarkets for shopping and transportation that takes you to the entire city (metro and bus lines). The apartments are in a large building called "Gran Santiago", they are comfortable and functional, they have a kitchenette where you can cook simple preparations which allows you to have independence from having to always eat out. Also if you want in the building there are machines to wash clothes (with cost). It should be noted that it is an apartment and as such you cannot expect hotel services, but they come to clean the apartment daily. The offices are on the first floor in an apartment where you will check in and check out. There is free Wi-Fi for which you will be given a password and username to access it! It is not a luxury apartment but it has everything you need for a stay in SANTIAGO, they even have a safe! It should be noted that the service is very good!! When we arrived we went to the office where we were treated very well by two gentlemen who gave us maps and tips for getting around the city!!! The truth is 100% recommendable!!! The next time I go back to Santiago I will keep it in mind to come back!

One of the best experiences we have ever had with a lodging. The location is perfect, so central and close to everything, and the apartment is super spacious and well equipped. And it would not be an exaggeration to say that Marcelo and Karla deserve an award for the best guest service in the world. Los colchones son fabulosos, una de las cosas que mas me preocupa cuando salgo de vacaciones, asi k super contenta porque dormi espectacular. Me gusto mucho la calidad de las sabanas y las almohadas. Además Que el lugar esta super central y puedes ir caminando para todos lados

El lugar es cómodo, fuimos en Marzo con mí pareja, en la noche dormís excelente porque no escuchas ni un ruido, sumamente tranquilo. La seguridad del edificio excelente, atentos en todo. Relación precio calidad, muy bien. Tenés un santa Isabel frente al edificio, y a 3 cuadras de la casa de la moneda Gracias!!!
