I was there Dec 26-Jan 10. 2022 The weather was fine, 30/21C everyday. The water was slightly above 26 C. No rains. Wind was blowing roughly a half of the time. Rural landscape surrounds the hotel. Mountains, rocky shore, intense subtropical forest and very patriarchal peasants driving mule carts. Clear ocean water. Rocky and corral bottom. Some problems. The plane lands in Holguin, 3-4 hours way. Food is very basic, softly speaking. Even - for Cuba. Hotel is in renovation all the time. Running water is in fact, dripping water. No remotes. No TV ( two Cuban channels). Absolutely no shopping because of local currency crush. Bring everything, including a 1-US-dollars tips. Canadian coins creates to those people big difficulties. Many noisy Cubans come for every weekend and overload all the services severely. For PCR test you have to go to Santiago: 1.5 hours in one way.

Fue muy buena la estancia en esta Instalacion de Costa Morena, hubo variadas ofertas para niños muy bien diseñadas sumandole los diferentes tipos de jugos que nunca terminaban. Para adultos indiscutiblemente no falto la cocteleria, por cierto original y linda apariencia el coctel "costa morena" para todos los gustos y la preferida de Cuba "cerveza"siempre estaba ahi, los apagones no detuvieron el servicio, es digno de admirar la entrega de todos sus colaboradores a pesar de las carencias que nos imponen, siempre hubo ofertas.

Toallas sucias, baño sucio......solo 2 toallas por habitación porque no tienen servicio de lavandería. Sábanas......ya saben Buffet............sin palabras 2 tipos de arroces y 2 tipos de plato fuerte, sopa y mermelada de mango o guayaba como postre. más nada!!!!!! Agua caliente en la mesa y solo jugo de mango. Una bebida en todo el hotel cerveza!!! Nada de coctelería, un día dieron un "Clan Campbell" que parecía ron reenvasado de whisky no tenía nada. El personal hace todo el esfuerzo porque que sientas bien......pero hay que decir, que es mejor que cierren la instalación, tienen 0 condiciones de las cuales se puedan llamar hotel

Magnífica estancia en el Hotel. Personal que labora, muy atento, servicial. Me gustó tanto, y lo recomiendo, que tengo próxima reserva, del 9 al 15 de agosto. Recomiendo además, hacer punto de cerveza en el área de la playa, ya que para adquirirla tenía que desplazarme hasta el área de la piscina.
