酒店位置很好，但是設施實在太老了舊，馬桶蓋都沒有！ 另外，隔音也非常不好，廣場的聲音聽得很清楚，晚上外面會鬧騰到比較晚，建議帶耳塞

I visited with my husband and six other friends. We weren’t staying in the hotel but we visited the rooftop bar. We had a very attentive bar staff, although I didn’t get his name unfortunately. But the cocktails were great and a lovely atmosphere.

Honestly, this is the best hotel in Santiago. Not only for the perfect location. Also for the people who works here whose always make very warm feeling to all guest. Rooms are clean, bathroom renovated, the service is professional. Food is nice as well. Compare to other hotels, like Melia or Las Américas, this is paradise. Lastly, the terrace with a bar on the roof with an amazing view of cathedral is just stunning. Enjoy it..

Even though Cuba faces tremendous difficulties, mainly because of supply shortages of practically everything, the stuff of this hotel is doing everything in their power to accommodate the needs of their guests. Besides, the personnel makes up for the shortages of supplies by being very attentive and polite in all the areas; food services and room maintenance. Hospitality - high standard.

A few months ago, I had the pleasure of visiting Casa Granda Hotel, and I must say that its atmosphere captivated me with its historic charm and decor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcomed me with a smile—kudos to Rosa, Magela, and Ismael. They recommended some house specialties, and I decided to have some eggs. The combination of great food, excellent service, and such a lovely setting made my time at the Casa Granda Hotel café truly unforgettable.

Totally recommend this hotel for your stay in Santiago de Cuba. The people that work there love to help you with any questions you may have. The hotel is in the middle of the main plaza of Santiago. Check out the rooftop bar at sunset. Excellent experience.

The staff was welcoming. My room was clean. The location is in the heart of the city. Even though we arrived at a late hour due unforeseen circumstances, all was ready for our arrival. All said and done, I recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in this city

We had a great stay at this hotel. Daina, the attentive receptionist, went above and beyond, even noting my birthday, which the staff celebrated. We met the warmhearted manager, Christian from Costa Rica, who took photos and arranged a birthday cake. Alexei, the security man, was fantastic, offering restaurant recommendations and escorting us safely. The staff deserves 5 stars. However, the rooms needed maintenance; ours was dark with non-functional lamps, and the bathroom's low shower pressure needs improvement. Despite this, we had a comfortable stay and highly recommend Casa Granda for its location, live salsa music, and excellent staff.

I have only visited the restaurant, which has a great view of Plaza Cespedes. You can enjoy great drinks and food for a reasonable price, considering the good quality. The staff is very nice and polite, I would really recommend Casa Granda for dinner or an afternoon cocktail!

A great breakfast with my friends in Casa Granda Hotel, always a nice place to know the herat of Santiago de Cuba City and to enjoy the most exciting view of CespedeZ Park. Thanks to Edward the manager, for such a Great Welcome and make us feel in home.

This is a very nice hotel and the food, customer service, room tender service have made my stay in Santiago de Cuba very comfortible. Many of the staff speak English so that helped too. The check in rep, a taller gentleman was a bit stand-offish and could have been more welcoming and friendly but he warmed up a bit during my week here. My room was very nice and the air conditioner worked Great. The room bathroom was clean, open, and bright. The restaurant food and service were excelente! The lobby entry greeters were formal, profesional but warm and approachable. The view from the resturant porch 1st and 5th floors are beautiful. When I return to Santiago, I will stay here! THANK YOU Hotel Casa Granda!!!
