The hotel is ok but nothing special, a bit over price for the infrastructure, the breakfast is basic with bad coffee, also the gym is not good.

When we came they gave us a non ocean view room and said that's the ocean view.
The second day they shifted me to a different floor, and the AC water started leaking. The false ceiling came down and the entire floor was wet.
The staff is not courteous, they are straight rude. Most of the staff doesn't understand English.
Overal experience was terrible, one of the worst hilton I have ever been on.

Comfortable hotel. The bedding had a few stains on it but nothing major. The staff were mostly helpful.
They do happy hour 2-for-1 cocktails between 6pm and 8pm. One day, the bartender disappeared at around 7:40pm and then came back after 8pm. So, we were not able to get any drinks then. After he came back, we explained the situation and he gladly have us the cocktails at half price!
One night, we ordered room service. We asked for a food item without cheese but it came with cheese. They took the food back and brought another one back without cheese in around 10 minutes without any problems. We ordered in English so there's nobody to blame there, it was just a minor miscommunication that got resolved smoothly.
The staff were also helpful about calling taxis and advising us on our trip to Parque Tayrona.
It was also very nice to know that we would be coming back to our clean and cool hotel room after our humid and hot trip to Parque Tayrona.
The breakfast does not have many vegan options unfortunately. Oat milk could be a simple addition to the breakfast that would expand the option for vegans. Otherwise, the breakfast was quite good and tasty.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

If you're a germophobic person like myself this is the place to stay... Convenience to Restaurants and Beach was a plus.. Staff always professional, courteous and attentive... Breakfast way overpriced...🙁
