Sítio bom. Pessoas simpáticas, prestáveis. Precisei de adiar 1h o check out e foi possível. Quarto cheirava imenso a humidade. Paredes com humidade. Difícil de respirar no quarto. De manhã quando acordava, paredes e janelas cheias de água/humidade. Trabalho em Saúde. Sei que esta é uma condição muito grave para a saúde respiratória de quem aí ficar hospedado. Uma das noites tive de dormir com a janela mais aberta para retirar cheiro a humidade. Outra situação, parece-me que entraram no quarto: tinha rolo de papel higiénico reposto. Não me foi previamente comunicado que me entrariam no quarto sem o meu conhecimento.

酒店經理，服務態度差，待客惡劣；酒店廁所頂棚污水滴漏。酒店的服務員素質低，沒有誠信，住客的個人財物無法得到安全的保障！強烈建議： 千萬不要預訂這家酒店！！！ 永遠不要入住這家酒店！！！ 1、入住後發現廁所頂棚污水滴漏。漏水處已經有一塊很大的白色的膠布貼在上面，但根本無法阻止污水從旁邊滲漏出來往下滴。我要求酒店經理給予換房，他卻謊稱客房全滿。當我們發現我的上一層同位置的房間是空房，要求更換時卻被拒絕。理由是如果我入住會使現在這間房漏得更厲害。有空房不給更換，讓旅客繼續住在一個漏水的客房。這是什麼邏輯和待客之道？簡直是不可理喻！ 2、既然不給換房，我們堅持要求解決廁所漏污水的問題。他竟然回答説沒辦法解決，酒店也沒有維修人員。在我們強烈要求下，這個酒店經理給了我們一塊大的塑料布、一卷膠帶紙和一個梯子，讓我們自己解決。 3、酒店員工素質極差，沒有誠信 我們在退房的時將一雙品牌為DKNY的球鞋遺忘在了房間的沙發旁邊。離開酒店一個小時後才發現，立即打電話給當日的酒店經理，對方回電説沒有找到這雙球鞋。我們不信，就開車回酒店尋找，剛好遇到二個服務員正在打掃我們的房間，其中一個年紀大的服務員沒有預料到我們會重返回來尋找，見到我們時變得十分緊張。當我們向年輕的服務員詢問是否見過我們的球鞋時，碰巧看到這個年長的服務員向年輕的服務員眨眼打信號，於是二個服務員都説客房裡沒有見到有被遺留的球鞋。我們告訴她們這對鞋是孩子的生日禮物，我們願意付款20歐元作報酬以表謝意。 4、 酒店經理素質低，態度差，待客惡劣 這個酒店經理見到我們重回酒店找遺失的球鞋時，以極其惡劣的態度對我們説：‘你們已經退房，沒有經過我許可，你們不能擅自回酒店。’還威脅我們，要求我們立刻離開酒店，否則他就報警。 由於我們要趕回里斯本機場趕飛機，沒有足夠的時間跟這個無良的酒店經理論理，衹能被迫離開酒店，球鞋最終也沒有找回來。 Hotel manager's attitude is extremely bad. The room roof of the toilet in the hotel was leaking sewage. The hotel staffs have low quality, very poor service and no integrity. The personal property of the guests can’t get security! Strongly recommended: Don't book this hotel!! Never stay in this hotel!! 1. After checking in, we found the sewage leaking from the ceiling of the toilet. The leak was already covered with a large white tape, but it did nothing to stop sewage leaking out from the side and dripping down. I asked the hotel manager to change rooms, but he lied to us that the room was full. When we found out that my room on the same floor above was available, he still refused our request for a replacement. The reason is that if we move in it will make the current room leak even more. It's simply unreasonable! 2. Then we required him to solve the problem of toilet leakage sewage strongly. He actually replied that he could not to help cause of the hotel didn’t have maintenance personnel. At our urging, the hotel manager only gave us a large plastic sheet, a roll of duct tape and a ladder. Finally, we fixed the leak by ourselves. 3. The hotel staff quality is very poor, no integrity We left a pair of DKNY sneakers next to the sofa in our room when we checked out. I immediately called the hotel manager after we left the hotel within an hour, who called back to say that they could not find the shoes. None believing this, we drove back to the hotel to look for sneakers and came across two waiters cleaning our room. One of the older waiters had not expected us to return to look for it and became very nervous when she saw us. When we asked the younger waiter whether she had seen our sneaker, we happened to see the older waiter winking at the younger waiter as a signal, so both of the waiters said that there were no sneakers left in the room. I told them this sneaker was a birthday present for my daughter and we would like to pay them 20 euros to return it to us as a token of our gratitude but failed. 4. The hotel manager has poor attitude and bad hospitality; After the manager saw us returning to the hotel to look for the missing shoes, he said to us in a very bad manner: 'You have checked out and you can't go back to the hotel without my permission ', also he threatened us and asked us to leave the hotel immediately otherwise he would call the police. Since we had to catch a flight at Lisbon airport, we didn't have enough time to argue with the unscrupulous hotel manager and were forced to leave the hotel, never to get our sneaker back.

Check in was difficult. Received no email with access code to get in and no one there to answer door. Once we were able to reach someone, they were fery nice, helpful, and informative. Room was great

We really enjoyed the excellent location. There is lots of parking close to the hotel. The only downside was the bed(very hard).

Check in was a nightmare, otherwise an excellent stay.

Great place if you want to stay out of the "busy" area as its a short walk too all amenities. Lots of parking around this spot as we had a car. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed there for one night and we liked it. The place was very clean. We especially liked the location. It was super convenient and walkable even though it is on the other side of the river. It was not a problem at all. We would stay there again! Thank you!

Super easy check in. Great craft beer bar below and eateries out the door. Short walk over bridge to old town
