Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

One trip over one month I stayed in 10 hotels and this was absolutely the best! I got the ocean view room that came with a huge balcony and huge bathroom as well. Very luxurious hotel, great location, nice staff and very comfortable. The only thing I would ask for is having a coffee machine in each rooms, or at least in the upgraded rooms! Highly recommend!!

酒店房間較大，雙床房較大床房更寬大，而且床也很大，比較舒適。酒店大堂每天早上10點以前有免費咖啡供應，很受歡迎。

Every one was so polite, great service from the parking valet, front desk , just a perfect getaway..

Perfect location, hotel and service!! The room was spacious and well lit! It was not noisy and the restaurant is really good.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The first thing I said after walking into the lobby was "Wow! It looks just as pretty as the pictures". The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and perfectly located. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and I loved the heated bathroom floor. The restaurant inside the hotel, Convivo, was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. There is also an excellent sushi restaurant just down the road. This hotel is on the beach near Stearns Warf, and downtown Santa Barbara is just a few minutes by car. The Santa Barbara Inn exceeded our expectations in many ways. We'll be coming back next time we're in Santa Barbara. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience staying in Santa Barbara Inn! Staff was so friendly and supportive, the room was very comfortable, and the food in the restaurant just wow!

This is a lovely property across the street from the beach. It can be loud if people are in the room above you. Also, they have limited amenities for a 4 star hotel.

Very spacious and well appointed rooms. Excellent facilities and solid service. Large rooms. Nice architecture. Very nice restaurant on site. Not extreme luxury but very nice. Good value for the money. Definitely recommend

The rooms are large. The restaurant very good. Rooms could have better view descriptions (more accurate). Bikes should be available for use.

This will be my new hotel in Santa Barbara, it is very nice with ocean view and about a mile and a half to the pier and state street wine tasting. The walk on the beach is amazing.

Lovely stay but check-in was a little cumbersome. Took about 10 minutes with no line and reservation.

We arrived early but were able to get into our room. Valet staff courteous and helpful as well.
