Ulasan Fusion Resort Cam Ranh - All Spa Inclusive

Look no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa treatments included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

On the second day of the trip, my body was tired during my second pregnancy, and my husband lost his cell phone due to pickpocket, so Nha Trang's family's first trip almost became the worst memory, but when I arrived at the Fusion Resort late at 8 p.m., my family was very moved by the upgrade of the room by the supervisor of Ngoc Although the memories of the trip are the worst, I think they will be a great memory and thank you to the Ngoc supervisor for giving us this gift. The funniest thing is the service at their hotel. Their manager Joe was originally scheduled to come over and apologize to us when we checked out at 12 o'clock, but we waited for him at the front desk for 20 minutes. When I asked him how to handle this matter, his attitude was also not good, and he could only apologize. So, I want to ask if there is no compensation for us not resting well all night and the damaged itinerary the next day, which makes the residents feel comforted, He replied that he could only say sorry. I think the hotel was very negligent, and he was still saying: Although I don't know if your room made noise that night, I apologize for the phone call. I angrily told him that I had told him many times that I went to bed at 11 o'clock, and that there were complaints from other rooms. You should send someone over to figure out which one it is, instead of calling the guests casually in the middle of the night, especially since they are still pregnant. So I really feel very angry and terrible, I want to complain to this manager Joe, he is not capable of handling the customer's problem well.

Very stunning hotel, I stayed for 2 nights, staff are very attentive, good quality is good, room is spacious. Especially say thanks to Joe from reception, very cheerful and attentive during the trip. Good for restaurant to provide tap water if we just order food during the BBQ night on Sat, it costs Zero and just be generous on this part. Hotel can also provide two set of prices if clients don’t drink alcohol.

I made two separate bookings and will be staying at Fusion for a total of 5 nights, which covers all of my time in Nha Trang. The resort is expansive and boasts a beautiful private beach. One of the resort reception staff members, Thay, is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The resort's breakfast buffet offers an abundance of fruits, may source from their own farm. We spotted peacocks and goats wandering along the paths, which was quite charming. The best aspect of Fusion, in my opinion, is the all-inclusive spa. We are able to choose one spa treatment per day. There are two main areas for improvement: Firstly, the resort is quite far from the town, and the shuttle bus service only runs one service to the city and two back to the hotel a day. If you opt for a taxi, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the town. Secondly, dining options are limited, with only two on-site eateries and no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

Overall good, service is good, location is good, environment is good

Everything was perfect.

It was the best resort ever. Most of all was so fancy and luxury. But the tasty of foods were not so good for me.

I had a treat vacation here! But it is a very popular resort, so if you want privacy, I recommend you get the room with a private pool. They only gave us 30 min complementary massage as well :(

The hotel's infrastructures are excellent, the beach is wonderful. Unfortunately during our stays, we got some issues with the services, I guess that due to the COVID pandemic, the management has to retrain the staff to maintain a high standard services.

브로드웨이를 예약해야 올인클루시브 입니다!!! 수영장 두개있는데 브로드웨이만 둘다 이용가능해요 ㅠㅠ식당두… 24시간스테이는 라운지에서 스테이에요..ㅠ 방도 넓고 깨끗해요. 사진찍기 좋은 스팟 많아요. 조식은 메뉴가 다양하진않아요. 맛도 낫밷. 풍경하나는 기가막힘. 바다 바로앞이라 비치 이용가능.

酒店員工服務態度好好,房間好大好靚好舒服,房間入面有張搖搖椅坐響度望住海景view十分放鬆又舒服,房間入面個浴缸好特別,房間入面有草帽提供, good,早上仲可以在房間看到日出,仲包埋SPA,十分滿意,餐廳員工服務也好好,但餐廳早上自助餐食物比較少,下午和晚上都是同一個餐牌選擇少,食物普通,但整體嚟講都十分滿意

個人體驗，有點多有點雜，沒什麼章法，走過路過看過，由於攜程能夠提供的訊息有限，希望能夠給到想要在這裏度假的朋友一些參考。入住兩晚基礎房Chic Suite，房費一晚2000元左右，第一張圖片就是度假村的房間分佈圖，很詳細。有一個離海較遠自成體系的世外桃源The Hideaway區域，攜程的訂房名稱可能表示為靜逸泳池別墅，如果訂購了該房型含食套餐，可能是獲得一個叫Hideaway Magic的服務，可以在Breeze餐廳的規定時間段內享受飲料，餐食，水果等自助（未曾體驗，僅做簡介）。先説一下這個度假村的優點:房間之外的自然環境營造的很好，綠植，小動物，景色非常棒的Fresh餐廳 ，海邊泳池（就在餐廳門口，較小），沙灘人少沙細，海清澈顏色漂亮。接下去就全是吐槽了，僅代表個人觀點！服務方面：該度假村不是一箇中文語境友好的地方，怪自己英語拿不出手，可能因為到訪的中國人數量無法引起酒店方的重視，所以整個度假村幾乎沒有會中文的服務人員，最關鍵的沒有中文活動簡介，標示牌，菜單，我覺得翻譯打印一些中文宣傳單和菜單不是非常困難的事情。由於溝通方面存在一些障礙，接待人員也沒有向我介紹度假村裡的農場，瑜伽課，電動接駁車等等所謂豐富的活動項目，衹告訴了我房間在哪，早餐在哪吃，SPA在哪，然後有事打電話（我能説清？）。SPA方面：訂完房間之後，有一個很繁瑣的郵件預約SPA流程，而且是必須的，不然無法保證你入住期間可以享受SPA服務，靠着網頁翻譯，數封郵件來往，終於搞定。説實在的，度假村每天一次的SPA服務體驗完之後，感覺也衹一般，差不多的項目，技師不同，感受也會天差地別，第一天的按摩就比第二天好很多，手法力度都不同，所以度假村也沒辦法保證每位客人每次SPA都獲得標準的體驗感，純靠運氣。房間方面：重頭戲來了，房間是我最不滿意的地方，如圖4一圈籬笆圍了一個小院子，給你了封閉感，卻又沒得到私密性。廁所浴室一個大開間，門是朝着院子的，給了一個薄紗且衹有薄紗簾，白天泡澡看室外美美的大概還好，晚上就如圖5一樣，根本不能開燈，籬笆是有大大小小縫隙的，如果有人願意駐足，完全可以看清浴室廁所里人的動靜。訂房訊息上顯示，該房型有100㎡，但這該死的設計感讓人無所適從，進門就是床，床四周佈設着各種各樣的台階，上床累下床累晚上走動更是累，出門進門不管你幹什麼都得先繞過那佈滿台階的床，浴室廁所佔用了整整40㎡卻衹有一扇與主房分隔的移門，淋浴和坐便器空間都沒有單獨的門，這樣上廁所會很尷尬而洗澡的時候可以感受到空調的冷氣。再説回床，這張差不多六尺的大床上橫向覆蓋著與之不相匹配的單人薄被，沒錯，一床單人薄被橫着放，讓兩個人蓋，腳衹能放在外面，然後讓床頭頂上的空調出風口在你睡着時用冷鳳吹你的頭，吹你的腳。這個房間的設計在視覺感官上無疑讓人眼前一亮，但也僅僅是‘一’亮，實際體驗後毫無舒適感可言，這與我度假想要放鬆的願望背道而馳，是我住過所有酒店裡最大也是最差的。最後説一下吃，我預訂的基礎房，但包含了一個含食套餐Fusion lounge，為此我在攜程上多付款了七八百元（兩天兩人），以往的經驗告訴我這是一個類似與行政酒廊或者休息室的待遇，可現實告訴我，完全沒有必要，雖然是二十四小時的休息室，但裏面衹有一個冰櫃放着幾罐可樂氣泡水和早已不再新鮮的西瓜，另一側是發軟的餅乾堅果和泡麪。房間內每天提供六瓶玻璃瓶裝純凈水，如果有需要完全可以入住之前在超市裡採購一些零食飲料，而且在度假村現場購買這項服務衹要90元人民幣每天每人。如果在Fresh餐廳享用晚餐，費用倒還可以，豐儉由人，披薩100元左右，可樂罐裝21元，椰子25元，還有各種西式菜式和漢堡，人均150應該可以吃一下。週六有池畔自助BBQ,300元每人，其實是值得參加的，貝類，蝦，蟹，肉類，沙拉，及現場製作的越南美食都非常不錯，這個價格僅包含食物及本地罐裝啤酒。如果你想要暢飲可樂果汁雞尾酒香檳等等，需要另外付款120元每人（可以用餐廳價格單點），酒類不含列出單賣也就算了，連罐裝可樂雪碧都要另算讓人費解，鄰桌不少客人都取了啤酒之外的可樂，被服務員上前告知，也不知後續如何處理。期間，服務員連杯冰水都不曾主動端上來，讓不喝啤酒的女士不得不另點飲料。總結一下，度假村的服務人員其實也挺專業的，對待客人態度非常專業，早餐時曾看到有工作人員給西方一家人的小孩剝水煮雞蛋，整個度假村的環境是優美的，如果你是一個想要遠離喧囂，靜下心來享受碧海藍天，且會一些英語交流技能（韓語可能也行），這裏值得一來，經濟條件允許的話請選擇海濱泳池別墅Beach Front Pool Villa，就是圖中的70X和60X房，相信那又會是另一種美妙的體驗。記住是海濱，不是海景，海景房距離海很遠而且景色也非常有限。另外，沙灘很乾凈，衹有度假村面前的這一片乾淨，自掃門前雪的感覺，相鄰的度假村之間會有真空地帶，三不管區域，無人清理，各種垃圾扎堆特別是塑料非常多，希望度假村或者當地政府能注意到這個問題，一同維護好這片海灘，不要讓美麗寧靜的金蘭灣被人為污染。 金蘭融合度假酒店，再見，再也不見...
