Well located hotel, with a pool, but quite old. It is very common in Ibiza for hotels to be very old-fashioned and to charge rates that in other places would be in higher category hotels. The breakfast could be improved.

Top service, clean and correct.
The only downside to the location is that you don't have to rely on public transport.

Rooms are basic & clean however no fridge which is very frustrating. My friends room was 2 down from ours and stunk of sewage the whole time but our room didn’t, which was strange. Pool area is fine, always got a sunbed. Bar is cheapish for drinks but expensive for below average food & snacks. Shop next to hotel which thankfully has plenty of ice and frozen bottles of water. We didn’t find it too noisy at any time and didn’t encounter anyone getting told off by security for noise or coming in late as I’ve seen in some other reviews. Close to walk into the bars in town and taxi rank outside hotel. You get what you pay for with this!

no table or chairs on balcony very noisy around pool. loud music and fights.staff told did help by moving us to another room so that we could at least we could get some sleep.atleast the weather was good 28.no fridge or kettle in room.will not come to this hotel again

Well… The staff were lovely, breakfast was lovely! But the folk that stayed here with the exception of a small few were disrespectful, loud, foul mouthed. Coke was taken at the side of the pool. Fighting, competitions from different groups ti play music louder than the other (would have gone to the beach but it was too windy) Bathroom was grim, needed to bleach it before we used it. No balcony furniture, no kettle, no fridge (can hire)! Doors slamming all night, can hear toilet lids slamming down, folk throwing up! It was Hell. Not a 3 star! Thank god it was only 4 nights!

I just want to say that Miriam the lady behind the reception helped me out a lot and BABA was very helpful as well. I stayed here for 5 nights lost my trainers and the cleaner found them it took me a while to get them back but because I was nice, it worked in my favour and got them back.

We are two 50 yr olds. Used this hotel as a base for 5 nights. Yes it's basic compared to most in San An, but we honestly didn't spend time there other than sleeping and getting ready to go out. Yes the walls seem thin, and returning guests can be noisy in the early hours. But who cares? It's ibiza! We were probably 25 yrs older than everyone else staying here, but didnt feel out of place. We were there to party too. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves around the pool during the day when. Was a good vibe. We only made it there once though. All in all, a decent base for your holiday. Ideal if you're younger. Oh, and no 50€ deposit asked for like some have said.

We just returned from a weekend here and I was very worried after reading the reviews. We had a lovely stay and not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Room was clean, bed were comfy and there was no stained bedding or towels. The cleaner came most days which was unexpected. The pool area is immaculate and all the staff are super friendly. This is a 2* hotel and did not disappoint at all. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the bay where the main bars and restaurants are and has a fab selection of shops nearby but the food was also lovely at the snack bar. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off it was perfect for our girly weekend!

This hotel is absolutely rubbish and let me tell you why: - no balcony chairs or table - lights don’t work properly in the room - no fridge - staff are rude - don’t give deposits back (if you’re not coming to party you’ll be fine but other wise don’t expect your €50 back) - air con doesn’t change temperature so you are either freezing or it has to be off - cleaners don’t clean just Change the towels. Didn’t change our bin all week and clean the floor/ room - no hair dryers - not enough sunbeds (we went end of September for closing so you’d have no chance in peak season) - only ever one staff on at the reception so you’re waiting ages! - music has to be turned off by 11 and security come around the rooms knocking on - pretty confident the top pillow doesn’t get washed as it stinks (musty) - location, expect to walk around 25 minutes to the egg one way - shops around the hotel close at 9pm Pros - bathrooms nice, shower is good - room is big

Our rooms do not have any chairs or tables in the balcony, as you can see in our updated photos. According to the updated information of our room equipment, they are not provided neither with fridge nor with hairdryer, but there is the possibility to rent both for the whole stay from reception. All our rooms are thoroughly supervised before our guests’ arrival in order to guarantee a nice stay. Should there is any unexpected issue during the stay, we always recommend communicating it to our staff on place, who will immediately fix it. All our hard-working staff always go above and beyond to guarantee the best experience to each of our clients, and their service is very appreciated by all the clients that visit us every year. As long as the room is delivered on the same conditions that it was received upon check-in and your actions did not go in any moment against our hotel policy, deposits are returned. Deposits that were done by card may take a bit of time to be completed, as they rely on interbank procedures. We have centralized air conditioning in our rooms, which is set in cold mode. For its right functioning, it is important to keep balcony doors closed. Should you wish to turn it on or off, there is a switch on each of the rooms. Each of our hotel rooms are cleaned according to the most exigent hygiene standards. Our housekeeping found all your clothes and items spared on the floor and around all the room, so it was difficult for us to even move along the room to clean it properly. This is the first time we receive the complaint about lack of sunbeds. In any case, we will take note of your feedback for future improvements. Our reception staff always do their best to offer an efficient service to every guest. There are sometimes when the service can be not as efficient as desired, but in every moment the service was provided according to the required standards. As we understand the importance of the rest during the stay of our clients, we have zero tolerance to any noise, especially during nighttime. According to our hotel policy, it is not allowed to turn the music on at 11 p.m. As the cleanliness is very important to us, we supervise that all our rooms are cleaned following strict hygiene guidelines, and we will never give any room with a musty pillow. Our hotel is located exactly 18 minutes walking distance to the egg. It is also very near many different points of interest such as Ocean Beach or many beaches nearby. Shops nearby are not closed at this hour. They are still open, but they are not able to sell alcohol from 9 p.m. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do concerning this fact.
