The hotel itself is really cool, and the crew was really nice and helpful 🙏🏾 The pool party was the only unfortunate thing - I believe it can be a great party, but we had “colder” weather, so there were not many people… but the DJs were not really trying to engage the people, too… However, we plan to return sometime in the future in the main season.

Overall a nice hotel but you won't get much sleep at night, walls & doors must be made from paper. Room was basic but clean, had everything we needed. Shower was terrible, kept going from hot to cold. Bar was nice, good cocktails. Hotel shop was very handy & good prices. It's a 3* Hotel, never a 4 in my eyes. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't return.

Hotel is a really nice place to stay. End of April beginning of May is really quiet for the hotel. However there is still lots to do despite it being quiet, some area are more expensive then other parts of the hotel. Staff are really helpful if you are needing are help around the hotel. The only downside is that we had neighbours who were disrespectful and rude e.g., arguing and slamming doors in early morning - 3am. The beach is not a far walk from the hotel, and there are not many shops about but the few that are around are really nice and some are very different from the normal shops you would normally expect to see in a tourist areas.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, while the rooms are a little tired in places, when we had a request to move to an alternative room the staff did everything they could to accommodate. Carlos, the lifeguard made the trip for us! Fantastic with guests, so much fun, always happy to help and an all round great guy, he is an asset to the hotel! Free drink tokens for being guests at the hotel while pool parties took place were a welcome perk. The hotel guests pool was lovely, always clean and again, great staff at the restaurant!

Staff brilliant can't fault them , helpful & happy. Room booked a basic & got an upgrade to poolside ❤️. Very clean, best bed & pillows ever had in a hotel. Spacious nothing to complain about. Food, Chill out pool food really good. Breakfast all you can eat €15 well worth the money. Shop on site with everything needed. Prices reasonable. Pool party quiet because it is April but loved it all the same. Room to side of stage so able to sit on balcony & take it all in. Age of us not young (54,55,56). Age is but a number we was made to feel welcome.

It was our first time over here in ibiza rocks and I could honestly say it was one of the best experience ever. We have spend mostly all the time at the chill pool because we felt so comfortable and great atmosphere I also want to give a special thank you to all the staff especially Carlos the lifeguard he was amazing and very professional at his job and made us feel so welcomed :) hope yo see you all again someday I would highly recommend people come and visit this wonderful place thank you ibiza rocks We love you :)

The bed is comfy and big , the balcony is pretty big with a view to the pool where the parties take place. Bathroom is normal and clean . The room has plenty of space and its clean. Didnt have much noise at night except some drunk guys passing by the room but overall is perfect
