The hotel is ok. They allowed us to leave our bags after checking out

There is no water we had to leave in the morning without brushing our teeth or shower 😭😠

Great stay ! Good value for money for the food options (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and location.

It’s always super convenient to stay here, it’s around the corner from Sandton, just off the highway from the airport and reasonably priced if you need a base while you go around Joburg. Friendly staff and so helpful. Always a pleasure

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is clean, the bathroom was private with a real door. The breakfast was very good. It was in a nice area, I felt very safe walking around. And the staff was very nice and very helpful.

Had a nice time, so came back a few days later with a friend. Both rooms had freezing cold showers, and they charged 40% of the per night fee or room to check in one hour early, in an unclear way. No outlets by the bed in any rooms either.

Overall my stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very mice and helpful. The location is is ideal. The place was clean however, all the towels were dirty but the staff quickly changed them and gave me new ones once I informed them.

Good service.My daughter enjoyed the stay, a few complaints but ok.

Well appointed accommodation, very friendly staff. But aircon didn’t work intermittently after the loadshedding , no in-room phone to contact the front desk, no room service, TV didn’t work but the hotel did fix it, no other food available except frozen pizza, the WiFi was good, but no WiFi during the daily load-shedding.

The hotel and staff is absolutely lovely! The only con I experienced is that the room in the non-smoking corridor smelt like someone just smoked inside the room. Other than that, a great place to stay!

Beautiful location

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. I like everything very much. The linen and mattress are of perfect quality. There is a shopping center nearby. It is safe.

Nice facility. Good food. Friendly staff.
