The food and view was amazing I can't wait to come back

Good hotel in a safe neighbourhood. Has all the facilities you’d hope for, albeit slightly dated. Rooms are decent. Hotel pool a lot smaller than expected (not for laps). Breakfast was good and service on point.

The former Crowne Plaza Hotel was changed to Hilton at the end of last year. The hotel has a good location and the service is OK, but the infrastructure is a bit old.

The room facilities are complete, and you are welcome to use water/wash towels, etc. The only drawback is that there is no small soap; the elevator item in the hotel's comprehensive facilities is a defect, giving people a sense of insecurity; breakfast/front desk service are all OK.

The hotel facilities feel a bit old, not like new, but the environment is good, the room can see the volcano, there is an outdoor swimming pool, fortunately the room service is good.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

This is a hotel I would like to use again.
