We spent nearly a month at this hotel. It was extremely uncomfortable and the hospitality was appalling. We were double charged for our laundry, made to feel like we were stealing and then subsequently charged if we wanted more than 2 small bottles of water each day. We were expected to keep a wet dirty towel to reuse at the pool in our room. I put it on the floor as there was nowhere to dry it. The maid then set it on top of our clothes. These and other things seem rather small and petty but put together it displayed a real lack of hospitality. The room lacked a comfortable chair to sit in and the list goes on. It would be fine for an overnight but not OK for an extended stay. We didn’t mind the nursing home patients in the building and made friends with a couple of them but we did mind the feeling that our needs as hotel guests were secondary and that we were basically in the way. It was a very bad experience. These folks need a class in hospitality.

I was staying here to check out the Long Term Care facility Cietos Lindos, which is in the same development. I arrived in he wee hours of the morning and was checked in by a security person, who put me in the wrong wrong and charged me too much. When I protested, she said I could sort it out in the morning. I tried without success to sort it out several times during my stay. The following day, they had me move to the correct room. In the end, I was charged two nights in the wrong room, and in addition, the full stay in the wrong room. Despite their assurances that they would refund me, and despite giving them three options for returning the difference, there is no sign of the money they overcharged me. I wouldn't stay here again.
