Hotel is fine. On older side for sure. Located very central. Super scary since streets are packed with homeless drug *******. You actually see ppl shooting ***** into their veins. You see human poop everywhere. Smells like pee everywhere as well. So nothing really to do w the hotel but it's SanFran in general. It was our families first time there and never going back that's for sure.

Great location just off Powell Street therefore super convenient if coming from SFO. Whether you like to stay in downtown SF is another story but as the hotel goes, the room is clean and spacious, and reasonably priced too. Will stay again given the right price point.

neighbourhood is a bit shady if you turn towards Market Street so after 5pm needs to be mindful. Overall good location with nearby amenities, hope the situation could improve as this is a really great location

Very accessible with public transport. Right next to shopping district, union square and food places. Check in/out was very smooth. Didn't got a chance to use the amenities tho.

Parc 55 by Hilton is located in union square areas. 3 mins walk from BART Powell station. The overall was good except thermostat in hotel room didn’t work well.

Awesome stay, great staff and also very great location, a lot of hotels and perfect to pick the tour in train. Many options to walk and eat, near by a great mall. Room was big and comfy, great bathroom and all spacious. Nice view even though we were in the 6th floor

Located right outside Powell Street station of Bart if you’re traveling from airport in Bart then it’s very convenient The room is big enough to open and pack two big luggage Amenities were lacking though the tissue box is empty when I first get into the room and no slippers to be found in the room We asked concierge and they quickly placed new ones for us Toilet is quite old but generally it’s clean
