Wifi doesn’t work. The heater doesn’t work. I left the property one day before my initial departure day because of the terrible experience I had. When I used hot water, they knocked on my door and said we are gonna charge you extra. The reason was I use hot water a lot. The attitude of the staff was genuinely rude and she didn’t even try to listen. Not very nice customer service. Overall, given the circumstances of the heater and wifi not working, you should not book this hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, but the atmosphere in the room was a bit tense. It seems that this only happened to our room, but the bathroom and bedroom were in separate rooms, so it was inconvenient to have to use the shared hallway.

Excellent welcome, courteous and professional. Spacious, clean and heated room. Accommodation located in a quiet area that allows you to reach the most beautiful locations in Rome on foot. We will definitely return 😺

The service attitude was very good and he explained to us how to get to the Vatican and the Colosseum. And they stored our luggage on the last day. The room is good value for money and the bed is quite big. However, it is very noisy facing the street. There is no fan or air conditioning. It is really hot in Rome recently.

It's just too bad, it's a torture❗️ 1⃣️No air conditioning! The electric fan is disposable! The weather in Rome in summer is around 36 or 7 degrees. Without air conditioning, it would be suffocating. Moreover, the electric fan can only be used once. If you use it again, you need to pay. The room will be suffocating**❗️ 2⃣️There are so many rats🐭, ants🐜, and mosquitoes🦟! It's absolutely devastating! There are a lot of trash cans downstairs (at least 8), and they are full of rats under the trash cans. However, this is the only way to reach the residence. When walking, there are often very large rats 🐁 running past, which is almost a meltdown❗️ There are so many mosquitoes that if you don’t want to be bitten by more than ten bags, don’t stay here❗️ 3⃣️The noise is seriously exceeded! Can't sleep! The accommodation is close to the street. Garbage trucks collect garbage every night and early in the morning. The noise is so loud that it feels like sleeping on the street❗️ 4⃣️It will be cleaned once every three days! Three days of cleaning means no trash will be picked up, no shampoo will be given for another two days, only two small bags of shampoo for three days, and no towels will be changed. 5⃣️The room is very small! In the summer there is no air conditioning and the room is very small, which makes it difficult to breathe. 6⃣️You cannot swipe your card for the store fee! Cash must be paid at the store. In short, if there are accommodations with similar prices to choose from, it is strongly recommended not to choose this one! Terrible experience❗️❗️❗️

The staff at the hotel are very nice, they took the initiative to help me carry the heavy luggage. Since the schedule was ahead of schedule, they also kindly arranged for me to check in one hour earlier. I like it very much💕

VERY POOR for the money. My hotel room which costs around 198 AUD, is crap. No kettle, no tea/coffee etc, lift doesn't work (at least the receptionist carried my very heavy case up 1 flight of stairs and told me it was very heavy. Rooms are noisy, can hear the conversations next door, window doesn't close properly to shut out the light, no European power points, tiny shower, bed is hard and bouncy. Budget hotel is right.....

It is a family-run hotel. I occasionally sleep here and I have always found it to be very good for the quality/price ratio. For the clean rooms, For the helpfulness of the owners, for the safety (just look at the map from above and you understand that you are surrounded by embassies and barracks and government offices. Free parking on the street and proximity to the center. It is not a luxury place but it is perfect for stays of a few weeks for the purpose of visiting the city.

Terrible quality, there were 4 of us and that's how it appeared in the reservation and they didn't even give us sheets for the third bed, they never changed them either, cold water to shower and extra fees per day to pay that weren't included in the reservation either.

Very bad experience, never stayed in a worse hotel! Horrible and camp rooms. Luckily we only stayed one night, very uncomfortable bed that caused back pain. Heating only on for a few hours. Non-existent hot water even though we had called the reception several times to solve the problem! Very small bathroom, without bidet, it doesn't give a nice clean feeling but far from it! Room small and equally dirty, mostly with dust. Although it is convenient for its proximity to the central station, we will never go back!

very friendly and helpful staff, the room very quiet despite the hotel being in a fairly busy area. They fixed and cleaned our room every morning. price-quality ratio more than fair

I was in this hotel with a friend of mine from August 31st to September 2nd and I must say that it was a wonderful experience ... the structure is practically a 5-minute walk from Termini station and around the hotel there are various restaurants and also various embassies that make the area very safe .... We must absolutely mention the kindness and sympathy of Mrs. Mirella with her daughter, the owner of the structure, who immediately made us feel at home immediately ... the lady was so kind who placed us in a room in a building located in the side street of the main body of the structure because in the rooms above the reception there was a group and therefore they could disturb our sleep .... and it is something that we very much appreciated ... as regards the room it was equipped with everything necessary ... very comfortable bed with memory pillows which facilitated our night's rest with ease .... it was also equipped with a small balcony that protruded onto a small courtyard inside ... the bathroom was equipped with a fairly large and spacious shower cubicle .... the only flaw I would like to point out is that the towels are not changed every day and you have to keep the ones that are given throughout the stay ... but it can be said that it is a trivial thing compared to the other positive things the structure has .... We really thank Mrs. Mirella ... a true hostess who welcomes guests in an excellent way and I can not do anything but recommend this structure to all trip advisor users who will read and we can say that we will definitely be back .. thank you very much for everything !! ... Mr. Fiore.
