Staff are very friendly. Hotel is immaculately clean throughout. Very comfortable and relaxing hotel near beautiful Sant Pol beach. Great to see many returning guests and made us feel very welcome. Every staff members English was better than our Spanish.

Stayed there for 8 nights with the family and enjoyed every minute. Food, staff, rooms, cleaningness, location/view, atmosphere, just can't fault any of them. Not too noisy, not to quiet. Had the chance to relax and have some fun too. Guests are friendly, seems that most are returning year by year. Managers are always there, happy to help, and going the extra mile. Will definitely stay there again! 😀

Staff really kind and helpful and great renewed facilities (including a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi). Great tasty bufet so you will find dishes that you will enjoy and even you may be surprised (special attention for those with food intolerances. And located 100m away of one of the most stunning beaches in la costa brava. You can ask for more!

Where shall we start? We have been coming to San Feliu for 15 years. Up until recently we had the use of an apartment but in 2019 this was sold so we have used local hotels. We spent 800 euros for three nights to get room in a hotel that is stuck in 1980s!!! You got one pillow The bathroom suite is light green and looks very dated No free pool towels, you have to put down a 10 euros deposit for a manky worn yellow towel that I would not mop the floor with The pool water feels like it has been in since 1980 The pool area has music blasting out There is no parking when you shelled out 275 euros a night! And there is evening entertainment- oh my god who wants to be entertained on holiday? This is meant to be 4 stars wound no get

Once again made welcome from stepping through the door to leaving. Missed last year so so looking forward this stay and we weren’t let down. Facilities top class food top class spotless rooms. Every member of the team were friendly helpful and all done with a smile. Domingo and his team are fantastic Karin leading the Restaurant and bar and all the team brilliant. Domingo please pass in our thanks to the wonderful team you lead and thank you for making everything so special. 6 of us and many new friends had the time of our lives. Thank you all at Sagaro Mar. Room was outdated, bed felt like it hadn´t been replaced in 50 years, cups in room were dirty. Room was so small we couldn´t even open our suitcase, yet there was an extra chair in there ... not sure what the point of a chair touching the bed is. You have to pay to use the minifridge which is ridiculous, considering it´s already in the room ... In the evening there was a DJ playing loud music in the pool area. Quick enough to walk to the beach, but there are other hotels even closer and not up a hill in town.

Ya hace años que pasaba por delante de este hotel.Es un hotel fantastico.limpio,si cojes media pension vale la pena,la comida es excelente.Además esta muy cerca de la playa de SAN POL DE S´AGARO.El personal muy amable tanto el de recepcion como los demas empleados.

L’hôtel est très bien situé 4 minutes pour aller à la plage à pied, au choix crique où plage.. la piscine de l’hôtel est très bien entretenu il y a des transats pour tous. Le personnels est vraiment accueillant toujours le sourire le buffet matin midi soir et toujours de qualité et en quantité également plus que correct. Le barbecue du vendredi au bord de la piscine est à ne pas rater… A refaire sans hésitation.. merci
