Nice environment and service. Good sea view. Safe parking. Confined to the food court near by the hotel.

The hotel was a good location for what we wanted to do. It was close to the waterfront, Little Italy and the zoo.

酒店環境不錯 距離little Italy很近 步行一下就到了 而且拐角處就有冰淇淋吃 服務態度也很好 就是隔音不太行 一晚上都聽到來自四面八方的聲音

位置不錯，但是房費很高，停車費50美元，感覺設施和服務不值這樣 的價格

The room was very nice. Comfortable king size bed. The valet employees were friendly and provided quick service. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Everything was great, service was super friendly—only bummer was the pool was ‘under construction’ when we were really looking forward to a hot tub and no in room dining, but the restaurant on site was good.

Nice hotel and staff. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. There is no self parking though it’s all valet and is pretty pricey if you’re staying multiple nights like we did.

Didn’t have a great experience. Staff wasn’t friendly made me feel like I was in the wrong hotel , anytime I asked a question about where something was they said “what’s the room number” as if I was an intruder never said hello to me not once my whole visit. Also wasn’t aware of the 55 dollar mandatory Vallet.. it says “parking available” on the website also says breakfast available. So I’m thinking complimentary breakfast. No it’s a restaurant so it’s all very false advertising & as a single mom of 2 I booked cause I thought it was all included all the extra money I had was gone. Worst experience ever

The room I picked was given to someone else. Our toilet clogged and when we asked for a plunger they stated that they didn’t have one and never attempted or checked to see if we had unclogged the toilet. We weren’t offered another room and no one came back to help We had to do it ourselves. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and didn’t experience this the first time.

Large property with 24hr fitness room. Very clean and staff was very helpful with dining recommendations.

Overall, good stay. Clean hotel.However, Pool and hot tub weren’t open during our stay and it didn’t say it wasn’t on open on their website. Then, we got misinformed by the lady at reception that their sister hotel had a hot tub and it didn't.
