I took my wife here for Valentine's weekend. The hotel gives a beach resort vibe.
The two ladies at the front day was very friendly but you can tell they were stressed and overwhelmed. They were trying to take care of the line of customers checking in and answer the phones constantly ringing. The hotel definitely needed more employees at the front desk. No way the front desk girls could do their job properly and offer customer service.
My wife and I didn't enjoy any of the "free" perks. For example, the happy hour, pool, and free bikes because we didn't know about it. The girl who checked us in didn't explain anything. She gave us the hotel key and pointed to the area where the elevator was. We had no idea where the coffee shop or the restaurant was
We get to our room. It was a decent size. There were no views. The bed was comfortable. The window doesn't open all the way. The water pressure was horrible. The sink faucet barely had water coming out, and the tub was filling up with the shower on. There was no towel hooks or hand soap and to top it off the hotel charges a daily resort fee of $30 and daily $60 valet parking. Not worth it. Far too expensive. Hopefully the hotel will improve
