We had a wonderful stay, and even got upgraded to suite room!

Currently under renovation. I choose this hotel was because right opposite convention centre for the sake of nearest distance.

We love staying at this Hilton. We always receive excellent customer service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. View of the bay is amazing! There is a Starbucks on site and it’s walking distance to Petco Park. We walk across the bridge and it’s literally less than a 10 minute walk.

We stayed overnight at the Gaslamp Quarter Hilton in San Diego to visit the zoo. The staff was attentive, the suite clean, spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect for our stay. My 2 yr old grand declared everything "so vewy nice" and I agree with her.

Thank you for handling my group! Eric was super nice at front desk. Katelyn was very helpful organizing all. Maggie above and beyond in catering, making everyone happy. Food was really good and location excellent, next to Convention Center. Super convenient for Conventioneers!

Hotel is nice enough, room was clean and new, and centrally located. Fitness center very small and no equipment besides weights and a few treads. Worst of all, they charge you $65/night to park your car but have no EV charger on site which most other hotels do! So, as an EV owner you are left to figure that out for yourself. And when I suggested it to the hotel staff that it's really a necessity they just stared at me and said they don't control the parking and I should talk to the valet?!?! So, $130 for parking later I'm sitting in a garage somewhere charging my car so l can get home. Major fail and complete lack of concern from the hotel administration.

We usually stay at the Hilton at bayside but wanted one that was walking distance to everything In downtown San Diego . I like this one better the people that work here are really nice and everything looks super clean . Dustin also made our experience here a good one . He interacted with my kids and was super friendly. He made me feel really comfortable to ask him questions . More places need more people like Dustin .

This was a wonderful hotel with a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to many great restaurants. And whatever we couldn’t walk to was accessible by trolley. The Staff was super helpful and the hotel accommodating whenever they could with an early check in and concierge services for our luggage. Loved our stay here and we will be back again.

Currently at this hotel for a 3-day conference, it's great! Conveniently located across the street from the convention center. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Check-in is fast, staff attentive. Restaurant serves good food, gym is nice. Texting for service is efficient. Many restaurants nearby and 10 minute walk to the Seaport Village.

Customer service was excellent throughout our stay. We reserved the Lofts suites which was definitely worth the upgrade given the size of the room. There was no issue with noise in spite of staying in the south end of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Location was great. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Loved The Lofts on 5th Avenue. Beautiful room. And the Wild Hare bar staff - Marissa, Lindsey, and Melissa - were awesome! Fun place to have pre- and post-dinner drinks. Great location right in the middle of the Gaslamp. Thanks for a great experience!

When we arrived, Paola was the manager who assisted us. She was extremely pleasant, and accommodating with our requests. My wife and child accompanied me on this trip, Paola was helpful to get us checked in right away despite the distractions of a spirited toddler, and the smile never left her face. Restaurant was wonderful, room was great. Would definitely stay at this property again

Marrisa was a joyful and attentive bartender with a vast knowledge of cocktails and the Hilton restaurant and bar. For a lonely global traveler she was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits after jet setting. Kareem and Catherine were also great members of the Hilton staff.
