Pretty disappointed in the quality of this hotel. Mysterious stains all along the wall. A giant stain covered 75% of the mattress which they had covered with an extra sheet to hide. Room service was awful, we would have to wait well over an hour for a towel or extra toilet paper. The staff at the front desk was very kind, however when we called for towels on Friday, whoever answered the phone was rude, abrupt, hung up on us, and never brought any of the items we asked for. The lay out is a little weird, and definitely beyond outdated. I was uncomfortable leaving any items on the floor because of how sticky and matted it was from all the years of improper care. Overall, it doesn’t seem like cleanliness takes priority at all. Definitely won’t be staying here in the future unfortunately

老實講，這一程裏體驗最差的一家。 空調響得跟住在發動機邊。牆上空調控制板是壞的，不得不在半夜起來在空調機上找開關。 雖然酒店很快説換一間房但畢竟已經是半夜12點，第二天一早趕飛機實在沒有力氣折騰。 窗簾無法遮住光，正對床影響睡眠。 早上壞掉的開關，讓我無法再忍受，必須差評。

일찍 도착했는데 객실이 있어서 얼리체크인을 도와주셨어요. 내일 아침 비행기겸 아울렛에 가려고 투숙한 곳인데 만족입니다!

前台工作人員熱情，有免費送機，司機幫搬行李，非常好👍門廳不大，很有設計感。沒訂早餐。離奧特萊斯特別近，步行可達。離機場或藍線地鐵不遠，但需打車。房間窗外風景好，能看高速路和飛機起落，當然也有點吵。房間衞生一般，設施還算完善。

공항과 가까워서 좋았고, 엔터테인먼트 구역이 있어서 밤 늦게 까지 술도 한 잔 할 수 있고, 가장 좋은 점은 쇼핑 센터도 있어서 지인 선물 사기 좋았습니다. 그리고 도심 한 복판의 호텔보다 더 구조도 좋고 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 강추 합니다. ~^^
