The air con is good cus it is so hit in Rome now. However, the breakfast menu can have more variety.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast

Everything else was good, but the breakfast was so bad. It had old odd empty croissants and eggs which were one day with bacon and the other with sausage. One day there was literally nothing left for breakfast… everyone was disappointed.

Everything is good, the hotel just beside a supermarket. Walking journey 12 mins to nearest train station.

Basic hotel , fairly priced the bar was a bit of a let down but overall was good for price

Absolutely terrible experience! Don’t waste your time staying in this hotel. It will completely ruin your travel experience. Location wise: definitely do not recommend If you are not driving, the hotel is about 10-15 mins walk to the alexandrino metro station. It takes an hour for you to travel from the hotel to city centre. Service: The attitude of the night staffs is completely unacceptable and rude to customers. We accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person and they need extra charge for the extra person and the receptionist said they need an extra charge of €15/person/night. 3 hours later they said they are charging us €20/person/night. The hotel is charging people as they wish! The hotel didn’t provide toothbrush and slippers at first. We ask for toothbrush, shower gel, slippers at 9pm in the reception. The receptionist promised to deliver the amenities to our room at 11pm. We wait until 1230am no one comes and when we call the receptionist they said if you want it come down and buy it in a very rude manner. We are so angry about the whole situation. Why promise your customer again and again without fulfilling your promise?! Absolutely ridiculous. Cleanliness: Unhygienic room with bugs in there. Horrible breakfast with expired ham.They provide used shower caps to their customers. Fabulous. Amenities:Don’t even have a toothbrush in my room, they asked me to buy one with €3 however they stated that they include toothbrush in the booking. Hairdryer is broken as well don’t expect you can sleep with dry hair. Hotel artis is definitely the worst hotel I have ever been to. This hotel doesn’t deserve a star! Feels like this hotel wanted to take every penny from you and the staff are liars.

Great and polite staff, hotel is really clean! Beds are comfortable and room is very spacious!

Fair services

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our room was perfect and equivalent to a 4 star Italian hotel. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, sweet and savoury, good quality and plentiful. Recommended without a doubt. Thanks to the whole team for looking after us.

Great location, excellent value for money. Shame about the soundproofing

The location was bad, but most of the staff were nice. There are no restaurants around, so please eat in Rome. I think it's better to go early for breakfast as the menu is more varied.

The hotel room was tidy, the service was good, and they helped me order takeout (I don't speak Italian). But it was not convenient to do laundry during the time I was there.
