Very convenient spot next to O'hare with the complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes. Fun place to eat at the 1st floor as well. Would be even better if they had free water in each room.

I can walk to the car rental center from the hotel, two large beds in separated room space for more privacy but they shared the same toilet.

The hotel is a bit dated though. It is spacious and generous. The heater worked well, so we had a good time. The location is about that, the price is reasonable, and I'm staying comfortably.

Because of the heavy snow at the Chicago airport, I found a hotel temporarily, and there is a bus to the airport. On the day of departure, the bus broke down due to the low temperature. The hotel helped to pay the taxi and reimburse it, which is still very good.

It's very close to the airport, and it's also very convenient to go to Chicago Fashion Outlet. It only takes a quarter of an hour to walk and a 4-minute drive. Stayed at this location while seeing a concert at the Rosemont Theatre. Very conveniently located, only a 5 min walk up the street. Close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle as well. Staff are all super welcoming and happy to assist. Was offered complimentary breakfast and free drink vouchers upon check in.

The service was good. I had trouble at check in with the credit cards and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the phone was broken and wouldn't shut up...so I unplugged it and notified the front desk. Check out was simple also and the shuttle to and from the airport was useful. Pick up is at the Terminal 2 shuttle area and you take the team there. If you have a very early flight the shuttle might be an iffy choice. I also ate at the restaurant which was delicious and the service was good.
