The worst hotel ever. No clean rooms. No welcoming staff. The room is very dirty. The maintaining people was doing the maintenance while we arrived! The sink is dirty full of shaved hair!! Very disgusting place. The price is extremely high on such a motel!!

Guest were drying the clothes on the railing. Trash bags in the hallways. Breakfast timings are from 7a.m. Till 9. I went down for breakfast at 8:45. Breakfast are was cleaned. When I asked the front desk, I was told that they serve limited quantity and it is finished. She refused to refills.

one thing you need to know is the man that calls you sweetheart isn't the man trying to get with your girl but thank God for Benji and The godfather himself but I don't need you to kill it comes to my door

I am very disappointed with this hotel. For breakfast there was only the waffle machine that was emptied on the second waffle. No sugar next to the coffee por. No towels were provided. Rented room for two days, but didn’t even had them take out the trash, much the less clean the room. Non smoking supposedly, but sheets had cigarette holes. I would give them zero. Don’t waste your money on this place if you are willing to dry yourself with the left over mat towels.

I have stayed in many Super 8 motels. Most of the time they are good for the price. They are not luxe but most of the owners / operators are trying to make it an ok place. However this one ins dirty to the bone. It wouldn’t take to much work to make it a lot better. But these people have no interest. I could make a list ;from the attention at the reception to the sticky walkways and stairs broken machines etc. You ask yourself who would wat even to work there.

Sleep in your car instead!! Patrick the employee is very rude! The worst hotel ever it’s not even an hotel, some rooms next to each other on like an open balcony, as if you’re sleeping on the road! The room was disgusting, the sheets were full of nasty hair and stains, unwashed! The employees were very rude esp Patrick the white man with ponytail and threatened us to call police if we didnt leave since we left the room and asked for a refund! They don’t respect the customers they just care about taking your money! It was really a nightmare and wasn’t even haloween STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! All the employees treat u with no respect, all are unprofessional, rude, they have no care for u It gets 0 rating Don’t ever book here!!! 0 stars!!!

Staff were really nice and room was not bad to stay cause the price was cheap.

The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. The price was good. The location was easy access to the freeway and very close to downtown. Breakfast was offered.

A little sketchy on the location and surrounding area. So far so good on the safety. Quick Lyft to downtown. Beds were better than expected.

Where do I begin smh well I was very disappointed that the hotel has two locations one extremely better then the other. Unfortunately I got the brown paper bag breakfast but don’t be alarmed by the original description of a buffet breakfast. You get a granola a fruit bowl and a juice as many bags as you request. Well that should sum up my experience in a nut shell ... if your ok purchasing a brown bag buffet then you will love this location. I recommend more people do reviews so no foolery can transpire.

Definitely a budget place. If you can, stay someone right on the riverwalk.

Great location, grater price! I was in need a shirt term living situation and these fine folks were very accommodating. 20 minutes on foot to The Alamo.
