Ulasan Hotel Chelsea

Good location, room not very clean and quite dated, no plugs near the bed and no switch for the lights. The guy at the reception could use a bit of a more welcoming approach, the lady who checked us out on the other hand was lovely and professional.

Good value, great area. Rooms are nicely decorated. Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel was also really nice.

Hotel is in a very run down state. The carpets are dirty, elevator super small and smells and the rooms too. There is not reception area, as the front of the hotel is occupied by a restaurant and is always busy and way too crowded. Aircon controls don't work u can't turn if off and is super loud too. The toilet doesn't have warm water in the basin. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Location is good. No amenities. Haroid at the reception was great and gave me recommendations in the area. Very nice and gentlemen.

It's a nice, clean place near the beach.

The hotel is fine. Close to beach. The foods at the restaurant on the first floor, serving Cuban food, is excellent. Water of the shower is slow though.
