Good value, great area. Rooms are nicely decorated. Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel was also really nice.

Hotel is in a very run down state. The carpets are dirty, elevator super small and smells and the rooms too. There is not reception area, as the front of the hotel is occupied by a restaurant and is always busy and way too crowded. Aircon controls don't work u can't turn if off and is super loud too. The toilet doesn't have warm water in the basin. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Location is good. No amenities. Haroid at the reception was great and gave me recommendations in the area. Very nice and gentlemen.

It's a nice, clean place near the beach.

The hotel is fine. Close to beach. The foods at the restaurant on the first floor, serving Cuban food, is excellent. Water of the shower is slow though.

Good location!! Perfect to go to beach, north, and south.

Great and clean place

It is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Arrived at hotel at 11:30 pm for my check in. The staff member said the hotel was overbooked and had no room to offer me. Just like that. Very fresh and careless. Said I was going to get my refund but they couldn’t do anything for me and told me to walk around the area to find a hotel. Worst hotel I’ve ever been.

This has been by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were SUPER uncomfortable the hotel itself smelled of mildew throughout. Carpets are dated looks like they have never been replaced. There was a leak in our room we brought it to the mangers attention and nothing could of been done except a “late check out” thankfully we had an early flight in the AM my husband and friends we were traveling with just wanted to get the heck out of there. The elevator stopped working when we escalated the issue to guest services they ignored it and did nothing about it we were put on the 3rd floor and had to drag our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. The TV also didn’t work because of bad weather not like there were any good channels anyway. The only good part about this place was Cesarina who was at check in when we arrived a very nice young lady and accommodating letting us leave our luggage’s behind the desk watching over them until our room was ready while we grabbed something to eat for lunch. Super sweet so a big applause to her. This hotel should not be consider a hotel its more like a cheap motel where you stay here a few hours and off you go. Not sure how this place has 4+ stars it is not worth 1 star. I Guess you get what you pay for!

Great cute boutique hotel. Rooms were updated and more than comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Elevator was not working, but with only 3 stories it wasn't a huge deal.

Sheets and comforter were dirty, can’t find the place because of the restaurant canopy in front of the building, shower barely ran and it was either scolding hot or cold or turned off and barely came out of the shower head, parking was $180, address says Miami and it was Miami Beach, never again will I stay here!

I liked that the Chelse hotel was closed to local Walgreen's and CVS stores. Very convenient to go to Lincoln Avenue. Very close to Ocean Drive and Maimi beaches. The batheroom shower facet needed repair.

Hotel Chelsea is the cutest little hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. You can’t beat the location - I walked everywhere or took the free trolley to all the places I wanted to see, and I was a solo traveller. I felt safe as I walked. The staff is honestly the reason that I will return and the reason that I will tell everyone I know about this quaint little spot. Maria, the general manager, leads the team. She is kind, personable, and super helpful. Her employees generally seem happy to work for her! I will definitely return, and can’t wait to do so!

Overall has a cool vibe, but some things were more work out than expected. Service was good.

I stayed in this hotel over night and let me tell you. This hotel was really nasty. The hotel hallway was really dark and it smell bad, like mold. The bedroom was small very small. The bathroom OMG!! The bathroom I took a shower and felt like a need it to take another shower, just to wash the shower/bathroom of me! It was very durty and molding And last I left a towel of mines in the bathroom and they didn't even bother to call me to let me know. First time ever staying there and i promise you wont ever, ever, ever stay there again. Oh they have a restaurant in the main entrance like who does that. You have to walk with all your bags through a bunch of people having dinner. Like why not have another entrance for your hotel guests?! Very disappointed!!
