Ulasan Hotel Chelsea

Good value, great area. Rooms are nicely decorated. Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel was also really nice.

Hotel is in a very run down state. The carpets are dirty, elevator super small and smells and the rooms too. There is not reception area, as the front of the hotel is occupied by a restaurant and is always busy and way too crowded. Aircon controls don't work u can't turn if off and is super loud too. The toilet doesn't have warm water in the basin. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Location is good. No amenities. Haroid at the reception was great and gave me recommendations in the area. Very nice and gentlemen.

It's a nice, clean place near the beach.

The hotel is fine. Close to beach. The foods at the restaurant on the first floor, serving Cuban food, is excellent. Water of the shower is slow though.

Great and clean place

It was average. The hotel was busy just after the electronic music festival. The extra cash I paid in US dollars was less than 900 RMB, which is about 300-400 RMB in China. The Cuban restaurant downstairs offers 15% discount for meals, but meals are expensive in the US and you have to tip. It's expensive, but it's close to the beach and it's a 5-10 minute walk to South Beach.
