Very low quality hotel, no fridge, no english speaking staff, hotel is very worn out, dirty and need serious improvements, elevator was down most of the time which is very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage . We paid very high price to be met with a less than a mediocre hotel and service. Would not recommend at all !

I enjoyed my short stay, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was bigger than I expected and the bed was very comfy.

Pros: Good location, big rooms. Cons: Smelly rooms, dirty walls, old towels and a creaking bed, plenty of mosquitoes... The night shift receptionist was a bit mean... Calling me at 2am in the night....

訂了兩間房，體驗了驚魂一夜！！房間陳舊，準備入睡的時候行李箱衣服上爬着一個像蛆蟲一樣的肉蟲子，把孩子嚇的哇哇大叫。還是孩子看到了，沒看到的話豈不是鑽被子裏，或者衣服裏了，好惡心啊！！！！由於害怕😱忘記怕照了，所以酒店説這麼多年沒聽説有這情況，後來在我要求之下給換了個房間，不然根本睡不着。倆人快半夜一點了，獨自拿着行李換了房間。那種心裏陰影誰能理解啊。服務員還説他們酒店這麼多年了，沒聽説過有蟲子😂我説我是忘記拍照了，嚇得光想着趕緊把它弄走，不然早拍照片了

住宿體驗不錯，酒店位置很好找門口就有停車場，早餐是自助餐廳，離廣州塔很近，酒店提供洗衣機和冰箱很方便，上樓要刷電梯很安全，小敏服務很好送了小禮品還給我們免費升級了房間，推薦
