Ulasan Hampton Inn San Antonio-Downtown (River Walk Area)

San Antonio is a historical city with beautiful sight seeing. The holtel is not far away from Alamo、river walk and conference center. All the staffs are very nice，breakfast is simple，but good than most of comfort inn hotel.

The location of the hotel is nice. Walking distance from River Walk. In my opinion, parking is a bit expensive.

Good place to enjoy your small vacation

메리어트 호텔에 컨퍼런스가 있어서 갔는데 생각보다 멀지않고 좋았습니다. 다만 피트니스센터 시설은 조금 아쉬웠어요. 아침 조식도 대단하지는 않고 딱 배 채우기 좋은 정도 입니다. 데스크 사람들은 정말 좋았습니다

這個酒店很棒，距離聖安東尼奧展覽中心走路也不過十分鐘，還可以路過RIVER WALK,晚上值得去逛，附近有一家fogo de Chao Brazilian ,人均消費$90,超讚

很乾凈安靜的快捷酒店。

The bed was hard as a rock so did not sleep well!! The continental breakfast was great and the staff is very friendly. Also just FYI if you book online you will also have to pay $32/day for parking that isn’t listed on the amount to pay for the room so just be aware but your car is behind a nice gate. It is a great location and if the bed would have been comfortable it would have been so much better!!

Within the river walk, parking was easy, everything was great,except everyone had to use one elevator overall great stay!

Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Hair in sink and shower. Also, Hotel charges $32.00 per day for parking on premises. Add parking to daily rate.

I loved the gated parking. Especially loved the breakfast. There was potatoes, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurts, snack bars, juice, water, coffee. This was a great place to stay and not far from the Riverwalk.

Excellent location very close to The Alamo & area attractions, clean property, good breakfast & friendly staff! Only negative is the Bed, very hard and not comfortable.

Chairs in rooms and the dining area filthy. Too many teenagers and kids running around with no adult supervision. Dining area too crowded and tan out of food. Suggest assigned times for each floor for dining

Not a great customer service. Receptionist at desk has no proper manners when talking to customers. Eash question had a rude answer. Coming to room, one of the worst room i have ever stayed in my last 20 Hampton Inn stays. Kids even liked it.
