Ulasan Sheraton Kaifeng

Saya mengajak kedua putri saya menginap, dan hotel ini harganya sangat bersaing dibandingkan dengan Zhengzhou. Kolam renangnya layak dan prasmanannya pantas untuk dicoba. Terletak tepat di sebelah mal, ia menawarkan cukup untuk tetap sibuk sementara menjadi batu loncatan untuk jalan-jalan di Kaifeng. Akan lebih baik jika Anda berada sedikit lebih dekat ke pusat kota karena Anda harus bergantung pada layanan taksi ke dan dari untuk pergi ke mana pun. Namun, saya akan kembali lagi.

The hotel is far away from interesting tourist centers whats a disadvantage. Our suite was very large, with large windows and a nice view to a lake nearby. The service was normal good.

Do not book this hotel ! My family and I booked Kaifeng Sheraton two nights. Traveling with elders were difficult to manage so we decided to eat dinner at hotel restaurant. The same night our family 6 people including myself got food poisoning. All have diarrheas. The cause was the pigeon soup. We had to cancel our plans for the day and next. The way hotel dealt with this issue was horrible. They kept on denying the responsibility and blaming us for the meal earlier. They refused to meet my request and refused to share contact of their general manger for further escalation. Kaifeng Sheraton was a terrible experience. Do not stay here.

The hotel’s location is excellent, facing West Lake with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is spacious and clean. This is the best hotel in Kaifeng and I strongly recommend this hotel to the travelers. If I visit Kaifeng, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

The room is average, lack of quality towels and linens. Poor pillows. Breakfast is very basic. I would consider this a 4 star hotel at the most.

Very nice hotel, for non-Chinese not fully comfortable as there is not any English language tv or movie channel ! The air-condition can not change the average high temperature in the room ( standard is 25 degrees ). Nothing is reacting if the interface display is corrected to 22 degrees…. All other very fine !

Worst Sheraton Hotel, I booked this hotel for my wife, on the day of check in the duvet cover and pillow was dirty, after the hotel changed a cover and pillow for my wife, she found that the changed one was still dirty, they didn't even apologize to her and the attitude of the front desk clerk was very bad. I live in the US and when I contacted the hotel they actually asked me if I could speak Chinese, when I replied that I couldn't speak Chinese they made me wait for a long time and didn't connect me to the English service, I've stayed in a lot of Sheraton hotels all over the world and I can only say that this is the worst one!

Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

Very nice to stay

If you are going to stay in Kaifeng, stay here! This was one of our best hotel experiences in China. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was fantastic, and we got a great night’s sleep. We weren’t able to turn off the heat, but that might have been our issue. Also didn’t see any room service options, but again, that might have been our lack of mandarin. We will definitely stay here again!

本次開封遊，通過攜程訂大宏喜來登酒店三天，總體體驗:1、酒店位於開封好人公園湖邊，房間可俯瞰整個公園，景色十分美麗！2、酒店很新，裝飾時尚、簡潔，佈局合理，功能齊全，衞生乾淨、整潔，無異味；3、前台及保潔員工作認真、細緻；4、酒店鄰萬達廣場，美食店眾多，吃飯、購物非常便利。

去開封找朋友的時候訂的這家酒店，在路口旁邊，比較好找。下車的時候就有酒店員工來幫忙拿行李，還主動帶着去辦理入住。辦入住的員工也很熱情，辦理的很快。 房間衞生很乾凈，早餐菜品非常豐富，味道也不錯
