Layanan sangat bagus. Sarapan adalah impian mutlak untuk selera Barat dan Asia. Area kolam tidak mengundang Anda untuk berlama-lama. Kolam sangat dingin dan tidak bisa dibuat lebih hangat. Bak mandi air panas digunakan sebagai kolam mendayung untuk balita di bawah mata orang tua dan staf kolam. Tidak ada musik dan tidak ada layanan minuman di kolam renang. Tingkat kebisingan yang sangat tinggi dari anak-anak. Teras luar di tepi kolam renang tanpa bantal kursi dan payung.

Diupgrade ke sofitel sebelah, dan mendapat upgrade kamar sofitel lagi, kamar double perdana menteri sangat bagus, pengalaman akomodasi sangat baik, lingkungan di halaman bagus, lokasi nyaman, direkomendasikan untuk menginap Lingkungan: Rumah tua bersejarah】

Sarapan tidak buruk. Tidak ada banyak makanan. Taman itu indah.

Very nice hotel located in a private luxury area. The rooms are big, the staff are really helpful and speak decent English.

It is a wonderful option to stay in XiAn. The staff was super friendly and gentle. They helped us to resolve all our doubts and to get a couple of taxis to get to the train station and airport on time. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served from 6:00 with very good Chinese and Western menu options. Definitely a place to return to. P.s Just don't confuse it with another Mercure that is about 500 meters away and is from the same hotel operator.

Amazing hotel, we really apprecciated free upgrade

It is an old building. If you are out and about and do not spend a lot of time in the hotel, this is a decent hotel as it is near to a lot of places.

Nice hotel with a good location. Service is fine and room spacious and clean. Some difficulties with English but staff was nice and available.

The hotel definitely has a 1950s luxury vibe, it's a part of a large Renmin Square hotel complex that share some facilities (notably a great swimming pool in the next building). The location is great, walking distance to the city centre and like 7 min from metro. The hotel made a mistake in my booking and upgraded me to a suite as a result (which was nice but that room was not ready so I had to wait). The suite was nice, with a comfortable bed and pretty much twice everything I needed. Also two wifis - only the Renmin one worked, the hotel one recommended by reception did not work at all. The room had like 20 switches next to the bed, I picked the 'Night' one - bad surprise, it also switches off the bedside socket so I woke up to a discharged phone.

Not a bad place to stay, the location was really convenient and the hotel upgraded us. The rooms are very comfortable but quite dated. Didn’t get chance to use the swimming pool, but breakfast was okay- similar to most breakfast buffets in china.
