Hotel Galyrod House

After waiting over 15 minutes outside the locked gate someone finally came, they could not find our reservation, as check in time was 3 (we arrived at 1:30) the employee made us sit there till 3:15 even tho there were plenty of rooms ready, there are 4 dogs roaming the property, nice dogs but the smell of poop was everywhere, once we got to the room it was clear that this room was not clean, the mirrors were so dusty, the closet was falling apart, the bathroom was filthy and the 2 towels we received were soo old and dingy, all the employees were sitting around, one was mopping downstairs, phone in 1 hand, mop in the other, the mop water was so gross, we were only here for transit otherwise I would have left this place, the common areas had cheap fake flowers everywhere, we asked if there was a place to get a hamburger close she said we have to go to centro, after walking just about 5 mins there were several restaurants close by, I would not stay at this property again

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había ninguna reservación a nuestro nombre, la cancelaron sin avisar, son un fraude!! Dormimos en la recepción con una persona de edad porque llegamos en la noche y no había ningún hotel disponible por estar en temporada alta, pésima atención por parte de la señora del lugar, pretendía dejarnos en la calle. Muy apartado de la playa y dicen que es cerca, los baños muy desagradables.
