I strongly recommend not to select this hotel. The decoration is good, the room is very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast is a little simple. However, the mostly impressed is, it looked not like a hotel, it turned out to be a party center. I stayed for three nights, for the first night, there was a party made the whole hotel very noisy. I complained but nothing changed, the party finished at about 11:30PM. The second night was quite, while a party came again the third night, this time, it finished until about 1:00AM.

這是我到烏茲住得最舒服的酒店了,在撒馬爾罕這個地方,我還是很滿意的。酒店環境很好,房間面積我一個人住也可以,因為這邊的酒店面積都不是特別大,所以相比之下就還可以,沒辦法和國內比,酒店服務人員都很熱情,不能提前入住,要下午兩點,前台小哥讓我寄存行李出去玩,一點左右再回來辦手續,承諾給我留最好的房間,嗯,回來房間帶小露台,哈哈哈。我在哈薩克烏茲玩了一圈。衹有在這裏早餐喝上了拉花的咖啡,哈哈哈。如果酒店門口能把中國國旗也懸掛上,就更棒了,希望攜程酒店業務員對接一下

這個酒店很滿意👍推薦 房間乾淨漂亮,雖不大 但一個人足夠用 早餐 也很好, 5樓餐廳晚餐也吃了2頓,很好吃,混合菜,意大利和當地菜,價格不算低,但比起國內已經很低了 Yandex打車到所有景點 很快又便宜 性價比超高

房間很好很乾凈,環境很棒,地理位置也不錯,馬路斜對面就有超市,很方便。酒店貌似以大床為主,衹有一間雙床房(一張大床,一張單人床),有意預訂的一定記得先和酒店確定房型哦。

During our trip we had select East star hotel as our basis for exploring Samarkand. Hotel is centrally located in the center in a nice and quite neighborhood just steps to the main venue and very good restaurants around. Hotel has nice design and room was clean and modern and had everything. We had dinner and some drinks on the rooftop restaurant and food was nice and good price. A very good choice for Samarkand.

The hotel itself despite good location built in such a way that most of the rooms do not have any view - windows look either at oposite wall or into a small yard inside the building. Rooms are pretty good equiped, clean and confortable. But the management as well as the personnel need to be properly trained! We've spent a night there. I've woke up in the middle of the night because of very loud noise in the corridor. I went to the reception man on duty, but he was not able to find out where this noise comes out. My wife also meanwhile woke up and she found the reason for the noise... apparently a big window which is located pretty high above the wall in corridor was left open and because the weather has been sharply changing at this night the window was closing and opening and making extremely loud noise. Since the window was located very high I had to help pure reception man to close the windiow. All these actions took more than half an hour. Needless to say, we could not sleep well the rest of the night and in the morning we had to wake up earlier as our transport to the next destination was waiting for us. When I complained by the hotel manager (or may be even owner), he even did't dare to apologize for this accident with window and simply offered 10% discount which on my view was not enough compensation for the sleepless night! Obviously the staff of the hotel needs a good training. Knowing that there will be a stormy weather at night the duty manager should have controlled the whole building and make sure that cleaners do not leave the windows open. The manager need to learn to be polite and customer oriented!

I was welcomed by 2 English speaking pleasant personalities in the reception Mr. Avas & Mr. Shakhriyar. They are great people at the hotel welcomed and took around to the outlets and showed us the rooms. We had a great time there and will be definitely back whenever we revisit. There are 2 outlets for food and drinks and have great ambiance.

1. Заказывал встречу в аэропорту, т.е. трансфер до отеля. Отменили без предупреждения и пришлось утром в аэропорту искать такси в отель, а именно этого хотелось избежать. 2. Бронировал ранний заезд и он был подтвержден со стороны отеля при моем звонке дней за 10 до заезда. Но по приезду дали утром на полдня номер более низкой категории - Фэмили (а не Люкс, который я бронировал), затем пришлось переезжать в Люкс. 3. При заезде сделали полный расчет с учётом корректировки деталей моей брони (без трансфера и раннего заезда в дешёвый номер), я его оплатил, полагая, что вопрос оплаты закрыт. И именно так было мне сказано утром на ресепшн и подтверждено квитанцией об оплате полного периода моего проживания. 4. Однако, при выезде, когда у меня не было время разбираться с ситуацией, неожиданно потребовали доплату 140 долларов, якобы при заезде допустили в расчете ошибку. Начали громко доказывать, неожиданно стали плохо понимать на русском языке и испортили все впечатление от отеля!!! В результате, пришлось доплатить, чтобы не опоздать на вокзал. Крайне недоволен не профессионализмом персонала на ресепшн. А, может быть, я ошибаюсь и они как раз профессионалы, но в сфере мошенничества. И это уже вопрос к правоохранительным органам и руководству отеля. Друзей и знакомых буду предостерегать, чтобы в Ваш отель не приезжали, т.к. могут нарваться на мошенников.

Ottimo hotel, appena restaurato, personale gentile e professionale. Il ristorante è ottimo, piatti eccellenti e prezzi onesti. Unica pecca, ma come in tutto l’Uzbekistan, grande problema di comunicazione perché nessuno parla inglese a parte il personale della reception. Per il resto 10 e lode!
