GGuest UserThe shower was warm en the room fairly clean. No glass or anything provided for drinking. TV only network errors. So completely unuseful. Wifi codes apparently expire at midnight. You should not bother guests with things like that

KKevin KaneWest Prime is one the the newest hotels in Calbayog. Minutes from downtown shopping as well as the airport and the bus terminal. (You really should avoid driving in Calbayog it's chaos) Five stars all around and the Salt & Pepper restaurant is no doubt the finest in the city. A very diverse menu and prepared with perfection and I am a chef so you can trust my experience rather than personal tastes. Free breakfast amounts to a Filipino style standard at the other hotels as well as American are the choses. The cocktails are also expertly made and the service superb We have stayed here twice now and it is our hotel of choice here in Calbayog.

KKevin KaneThe hotel is slightly off the main street ascare several others but the drivers know how to get there. About 10 minutes from Calbayog airport. It's very close to the fowntown shopping area. There is room service but I did not use it or eat there, but the menu looked good. It's quiet and the room was adequate, clean, and there is WiFi in the room. I would definitely consider staying again, and there are others nearby that I also like. Calbayog is an interesting city, kind of a smaller version of Manila without the skyscrapers.

DDavid J SimpsonA very nice room with a fridge and big jug of filtered drinking water. Told we could order dinner from the extensive menu only to be informed our choices weren't available. This was disappointing as too late to get much other food in the neighborhood. The staff were lovely and most helpful. All in all a nice stay for 2 nights.

GGuest UserThis was our second stay already for the two of us and we just found out that check out time is not 12:00 noon but the actual time you checked in, which is very good.

MMacbethBeautiful place, but pretty remote. It's 90 minutes on bad roads from Tacloban airport, which is pretty off the beaten track. Recommended for those who like being away from it all. Food is good, although not cheap. Wifi good in the restaurant, no mobile signal elsewhere.

GGuest UserSimple budget hotel . First time in visiting this city will try other hotel next time around. The room i reserved was not available and they offered me a lessor sized room it worked out but i did not get the credit as the room i reserved rate was higher
