Exceeded all expectations! I could not think of a more perfect location to stay at in Salzburg. Located a few dozen steps from Judengasse street with Mozart's house, wonderful shopping and restaurants everywhere. Our apartment was just 2 floors above street level but the double windows sealed out ALL sound. Being located on a corner, we could open the windows to let a wonderful breeze in to cool the apartment. A nice fan was provided in addition to the air-conditioning to really cool the place. The layout of the one-bedroom apt. was very roomy. It was furnished with everything one would need for a stay. The nice welcome gift was much appreciated as-well as the public transportation pass good for the length of our entire stay. A four minute walk to the Rathaus metro stop provided a connection to all parts Salzburg that were beyond walking distance (of which there we not many). The young man at the check-in was very friendly and helpful. He pointed out that there were laundry facilities located in the basement for only .50 euro. Everything was just perfect!!

Lovely hotel in the middle of old town Salzburg. Great location. Lovely room with all required amenities. Room was a bit warm for us and we couldn’t work out how to change the settings. Reception was manned daily from 8 - 5pm to help with queries such as these and the receptionist was lovely. Kitchen facilities helpful for a quick breakfast, tea and coffee. Washer and dryer in the basement for 50 cents - 50 cents wasn’t enough to dry my clothes, but I probably chose the wrong setting given the instructions were not in English.

Hotel in posizione eccellente, proprio nel centro storico di Salisburgo. Camere davvero spaziose (meglio direi mini appartamenti - almeno al 5° piano dove alloggiavamo noi!) con una bella vista e un bel balcone perimetrale. Bagno moderno di buone dimensioni. Per la categoria della struttura mancano un po' di dettagli che renderebbero ancora più piacevole il soggiorno (ad esempio: non ci sono accappatoi o ciabattine di cortesie, non c'è una body lotion in bagno). Il letto purtroppo non era comodo (2 singoli accostati) ed era anche rumoroso ad ogni movimento. Servizio reception presente solo in certi orari. Il resto della giornata hanno supporto telefonico.

De ligging van dit Hapimag complex is geweldig en aan de inrichting van het appartement ontbreekt niets. Alles heel schoon en modern en efficiënt ingericht. Totaal geen last van lawaai.

Alles in Allem war es toll und wieder interessant! Auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt!! AUSGEZEICHNET!!
