A localização é excelente, o café da manhã é ótimo,mas o quarto não é muito agradável,a cama péssima qualidade.

A localização do hotel, o café da manhã e os funcionários são ótimos! A vista é linda do local do café! A limpeza não tenho oq reclamar. Único ponto q achei q é necessário melhorar é a estrutura física do local, nos corredores os forros em PVC estavam quase caindo, mas no meu quarto estava ok. Para mim de forma geral valeu a pena pelo preço, eu voltarei mais vezes.

. O serviço de boa qualidade, os funcionários sempre bem solícitos. As instalações são um pouco precárias. O serviço de café da manhã atende muito bem a demanda.

Hotel em ótima localização, os quartos praticamente sem cortinas a claridade muito ruim para dormir

Hotel não atende ao telefone, e o café da manhã parecer que estamos pedindo uma esmola, fora que o estacionamento eles fecharam e não avisaram aos. Hóspedes, não justificativa que era por seguranças, e meu carro Dormiu na rua.

A limpeza do chão poderia ser melhor. O chão estava pegajoso, não dava pra andar descalço no quarto. No mais, a localização é ótima e a equipe é bastante prestativa.

Prós: Localização ótima e café da manhã delicioso, super bem feito, chuveiro ótimo. Contras: Internet ruim no andar 1 (quem faz home office, não dá) tentei fazer algumas reuniões, ficava caindo toda hora. O barulho é terrível, quem tem sono leve não consegue dormir. Tem um barulho de maquinaria impossível de aguentar que fica bem no corredor. No site diz que tem piscina, mas na verdade não tem. Resumo: é um hotel ok. Dá pra ficar. Mas o barulho e a internet ruim são contras importantes.

During our stay, there was construction at our level. The rooms are small. Not a lot of outlet.

Beautiful ocean view from the lobby, however the entire building seems to be falling apart. The paint was stripping off the walls of the lobby. Trash from guests were seen on the floor. Cockroaches in the hall way and lobby are.The elevator for guest was out of service so we had to use the staff elevator which looked like it was there since the 80s as it was extremely old and dated, we preferred taking the stairs for our own safety however the stairway was just as bad. Room was clean however the door handle was falling apart , the room number was missing a digit so it took us a minute to find to room. The Room doors were old and worn. Bed sheets were so thin you could see the mattress , sheets were also stained. The breakfast was the same everyday; soggy eggs cuzcuz and potatoes. They had tea but didn't provide hot water to make the tea , of you got there after 8 am there was basically nothing left and the staff could not careless as most times they were eating or smoking as well. The room had no views and no WiFi so the lobby was always full of guests trying to get internet access. I tried getting an upgraded room and without even checking I was told there was no other room option. The hotel needs to be torn down or seriously renovated.

The service was excellent! The bed was Ok , but the only issue I had was the WiFi only worked in the Lobby , being from another country where my WiFi doesn’t work this was very inconvenient ,it’s also was in a great location for the beach and to get Uber’s
