Great hotel lovely big rooms great beds a full size fridge and a washing machine good pool the location is just perfect deffo be back stayed from Sat to Tuesday for such a good price 1 thing missing a kettle but a pan did the job also everyone gets a key to make life easier

WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Honestly the worst holiday of our lives. Myself and my partner, who is 26 weeks pregnant, had to stay in probably the dirtiest, most run down, kip in all of salou. The place is nothing like the online photos advertise. We had booked 5 nights. As soon as we arrived, we were charged €200 for a deposit on the room. We were given one key for the apartment, because apparently the last people who stayed had lost the other one. There was no cleaners in those 5 nights, meaning the same bed sheets, no toilet paper, dispose of your own rubbish. Honestly, is it hard to supply a roll of toilet paper. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. My partner didn’t sleep at all on the trip due to the state of the bed. The pool beds are all broken. And I mean all broken. Also didn’t see the pool washed once while I was there. We weren’t asked how our stay was while checking out. Just some ignorant woman at reception who seems to think the world of herself tells me the deposit should be in my account within 5 working days. Best part of staying there was getting the hell out of it. Stay well away from this Kip!!!

Receptionist! Very unprofessional, very arrogant, ignorant and goofy. Rooms! Very good for price. Love to punch Receptionist 👊. That's all I can say about the place. I'm just typing now because I need to use 200 characters in my review, I need to use some more now

For anyone travelling to this apartment exactly this location I would never recommend it at all, I will tell you a bit about my trip. I been travelling to Salou and Cap Salou for the past 5 years and so far I been staying in a few places in cap Salou and been amazing so far. However this time in December I want to be in town when I know December is quite dead in Salou. I paid to stay in Salou from the 22th till 03 Of January 2024 and we decide to leave as the apartment was absolute dirty in all the way kitchen, bathroom, living rooms and also we have a few night where the light was all gone. I went to the receptionist and she was absolute no help at all, useless in all the way I told her my concern and she said she will sent some one next day in the morning at 10 am and nothing , went back to her and I asked her if she could send someone and she acted like Oh no one went there and finally the receptionist sent the Maintenance guy and the solution was no given I told him all the concerned and say thing I will send someone next day and nothing. Then on the 25/26 I went back to the receptionist to giver her again my concern and say tomorrow and nothing so I decided on the 27 to tell them I will check out earlier due my concern and they didn’t care so I pay around 900 euros and they haven’t pay me my deposit ( wich they don’t say on the email Or booking ) and the remaining balance of these day 28th December till 03 January. If you are looking a place for family/ holiday and having a good time and a good accommodation I would say don’t recommend this place at all.

We arrived around 23.30pm at night We paid the 200 euro deposit also the tourist tax that was around 15 euro. We was in room 517 2 bedrooms we didn't see any cockroaches in our room only on the bottom floor as we was coming back at night I must point out that I also saw cockroachs on the sea front near the restaurants The room was clean Yes the beds are a little hard, and our air con didn't work but it was fine we left the balcony doors open and our windows at night Some nights it was a little loud but nothing major just people having enjoying there holiday or returning from a night out The pool was ok my only issue with that is people smoking beside the pool and flicking Ash on the floor, someone was smoking ******** by the pool one day in front of children I could also smell ******** coming from the next apartment from ours but I didn't have children so I didn't mind that but around the pool is disrespectfull when children are playing The location is amazing it's close to everything No kettle / hairdryer but I guess you can hire these for a price We had to buy the cleaning items and toilet roll as the apartment dont provide them Hey its the price you pay for the accommodation don't expect 5 star We enjoyed our holiday had many laughs we would stay there again

Arrived on the 21st of September this year ... really haven't anything bad to say about this hotel other then if they gave bigger towels it would be a bonus. It's was spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely. Pool was fab,opened at 11am there is toilets available and a baby changing area at the pool . There's a pool side bar that does pizza beers cold drinks snacks etc .It's so so central to all the bars and restaurants,and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is a €200 deposit that you have to pay on arrival,and we got it back within days of landing home. We were able to get a late check out at 5pm ,and after that they aloud us to put our bags in a holding area free of charge.Would definitely go back had a fantastic holiday.
