"The lake is very full at the moment so there is no beach and the area next to the lake is dirty, but that is not their fault. Better to check lake levels before booking this place else you will have no beach. Nice location next to the lake, set a bit above the lake. Lovely, well-kept gardens. Chalets are comfortable if you don't mind climbing down steep stairs to the upstairs room. Very nice bar and the view from the bar at sunset is is wonderful. Breakfast was very good. There were no internet on the first day, following morning only intermittent internet at reception. The cellphone signal is also very bad."

From the moment we got there, all staff were very welcoming ( Bertha at the reception was such a joy), everyone was polite, always smiling, made sure everything was okay from the room, food etc. You can tell and see that every department works very hard and together they just give the best service overall. Beautiful room with a beautiful view of lake malawi. Giving one of the best views of the sunrise too. The cleanliness was 10/10 everywhere. The food was very nice and freshly made. Will be visiting again in the future without a doubt."
