A stunning location and well thought out venue and layout. The pool as a lagoon between all the rooms was inspired. Comfortable bed and excellent venue overall. Dinner in the insight restaurant was excellent and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

5 star resort environment! huge lake surrounded the resort, 3 SPA with warm temperature. Lab pool (also warm temperature) and gym: clean and good privacy. Our room got bathtub with spa function, thats was awesome. Thankfully a kind Receptionist fixed one AC and change a room for us immediately due to the room facilities malfunction, it was 12pm !!

This is my second time staying at The Oaks with 5 other families. We love this place, especially that the kids are able to jump into the pools from the balcony. It is a clean resort, however daily cleaning services are lacking and we had to follow up with them to make sure our apartments were cleaned. It’s location is great if you need to buy groceries, but must drive to reach a beach. Parking is easily available, which made it easy for my family which includes two individuals with disabilities. The resort accommodates to fun activities like inflatable boats in the pool. The restaurant has some delicious fries, pizza and drinks Jacuzzi in the apartment means you enjoy the bubbling hot water reassured it’s CLEAN without any

Location is good, clean and room size very good , but shower head down no really good work, king size bed is two single bed put in together really uncomfortable

The hotel location and the pool is good. But we didn’t have a good experience dueling our stay. The service from the reception staff was very bad. She was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to like her job. The spa function of the bathtub did not working. The bathroom extractor fan and the light above the mirror did not work. The bed linens were not clean. The bottom of the dishwasher was very dirty and greasy.

This is a great place to stay. The pool is magnificent, 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great spot, but you do need a car to get around.

Had family from uk we had a great time , needs a little refresh . Our swim out the deck was a bit unsafe

Great for families with children. Very conveniently located. The local shopping villages is just across the road from the resort.

最重要的事情寫在前面，到了前台不要先下行李！不要先下行李！不要先下行李！ 房間環繞泳池，很多房間可以停到門口，你拿下來要麼自己拖進去要麼再搬一次；進出車道進去靠刷房卡，出來自動抬起來；很方便！ 設施：夠用，完整的廚房設備，可以用來自己做飯，對面就是Coles，奧樂齊和沃沃斯三大超市； 唯一的問題是一樓起居隔音略差，好在房間都是二樓，兩個衞生間，一個帶陽台；一樓的花園直通泳池，可惜天冷，不太能下水； 衞生：乾淨清潔，我們自己也會全部整理好離開；門口除了車位還有垃圾桶，可以及時清理； 環境：漂亮的泳池，房間內也比較新； 服務：入住這天碰到全球微軟大罷工，沒有房卡，開車道開房間都是工作人員跑前跑好；也算是獨特經歷；半夜才拿到房卡； 不小心烤箱炸了個盤子，退房時主動告知賠償，前台哥們一句Noworry，哈哈服務滿分！ 附近的落日極其美麗，一定要去看！

定的雙卧室公寓，來了發現原來是townhouse的邊套，上下兩層，一層客廳，帶了一個花園，從花園出去就是酒店的環形大泳池，我們入住那天是陰天，還刮著大風，太冷沒敢下水游泳，房間的廚房設施挺不錯，灶台可以同時啟動4個鍋的電磁爐，晚餐和晚餐下面吃，還不錯，配套有2片網球場，孩子們也去打了網球，位置還是很不錯的，第二天就驅車前往安娜灣滑沙和出海看海豚
