Ulasan Social Hotel

It's okay for the price. But the hotel is already old and good for people who love to party as they have loads of bars and clubs.

Over all great, building is little old carpet and the ceiling was old abd not looking great. Location was pretty good very close to metro and in the middle of everything

Excellent customer service, excellent location, friendly and nice hotel staff.

房間很大，雖然看上去有些歷史，但是配套也很不錯，落地大窗，去的很早也讓提前入住了。本來看評分這麼低沒抱希望的，想不到比我想的好多了，有點不理解評論裏怎麼這麼多低評分。我算是很客觀的評價了。

Отель по сервису не очень шумят за дверью , либо вообще никого не найти , одна розетка я это вообще не поняла и даже не возле кровати ну и пицца стоит одних денег приносят и 5% добавляют к меню

I spent 3 months at Social Hotel. The staff was excellent and always smiling. Good position near the metro, restaurants and supermarkets. The room was comfortable with a good view. Thank you to Rasika for taking care of my requests and feeling me comfortable like at home during my stay.

very bad experience. I requested a value per night for a months stay for two rooms. They gave me a value that they only fulfilled for 7 days and then when I went to pay they told me that the amount had increased due to Eid. I wrote to the manager again but he still raised the price per night even more so I had leave the hotel in search of another alternative. the manager Mr. Deepak Thapar is not clear about the dates or the seasons. It is not possible for it to indicate a value and then increase it. when I took out my things to move and indicated that would leave this complaint on the website, they asked me for the room number and made me a better offer. So I decided to get out of there, even so, I don't respect the first value we agreed on. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THERE IS NOT SERIOUSNESS. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

I booked this hotel with 2 different booking on Agoda with same price because I'm arrived early so I booked 1 night for make sure I have a room at 8am, then 3 more nights , at checkin no problem I took my room , I pay tax fee for 4 days , so I'm suppose to stay 4 night , then,i receive a email from Agoda at 3pm (I went outside for lunch) , the hotel cancel the booking for no reason, Agoda can't find solution to have another hotel at same price , when I check the reception they said it's cancel but you can stay in the room but the rate is not the same it's double of the price I booked before !! stay far away of this hotel they are not professional you will loose your money to book there !

The cleaning was great they were very helpful and gave us more than we needed and khalid always made sure we had water and a empty bin khalids customer service was great the beds were always very clean and water was always stocked up
