My go to hotel whenever i am in Weihai for business, its connected to a very nice mall with many food options, it is especially convenient during winter, don't have to dress up to get food.

Kowloons Hotel Weihai has good location. You can directly go to shopping mall food planet on 5th floor. Miss Ren Xiaojing offers good service during our stay. And the lady in front area who can speak English is very nice. Thank you ervey ones.

The staff was super friendly. They even packed a small bag of apples and yoghurt for us to take on our trip home.

我真要誇一誇這個酒店了，前台孫主任服務很熱情，客房有水果和一些零食，任管家非常專業，也很貼心的帶到房間，並詳細介紹了一下房間的設施，很貼心，酒店真得很不錯。退房時前台趙經理還特意過來問詢問我的入住感受，儘管入住時間很短，但是印象非常深刻，還會再來的！

第一次來威海不知道住什麼酒店，在平台上看到九龍晟的評價挺高的，抱着試試看的態度入住了，剛進大廳，任管家非常熱情的接待了我們，主動的幫我拿行李，很細緻的告知我電梯和早餐的位置，在住期間感受到了九龍晟大酒店濃濃的熱情，大家服務親切有禮貌，熱情地和我打招呼，不僅如此，任管家還貼心的安排了送站的服務，詳細的為我們介紹酒店周邊環境，正因九龍晟有這麼完美細緻的服務，讓我在這裏留下完美舒適的入住體驗。

酒店服務特別好，入住前任管家提前聯繫，問問有沒有住店需求之類的，服務挺暖心的，第一次過來入住酒店，前台陳主任和孫主任都很熱情，還特別貼心的給升級了房間，環境不錯，早餐也特別好，品種豐盛，住的非常滿意，會推薦給朋友的。

服務非常好，感受到了威海人民的熱情，酒店安排了火車站送站，一進大堂就有人幫忙拿行李，房間乾淨清爽，風格時尚，退房任管家還送了零食和水果。特別感謝管家任姐的熱情服務，非常周到細緻。前台的孫主任和趙經理服務也特別到位，一次很愉快的親子旅行！

服務超級貼心的酒店！在威海站下高鐵後酒店有商務車來接，威海站到酒店10分鐘的車程。酒店主動免費升級了房間，入住後送免費水果。酒店位置特別好，去九龍灣公園，海上公園，悦海公園等非常方便，旁邊就是九龍城商場，吃飯超級方便，商場裏還有家家悦超市，威海的冬草莓可甜可甜，還能買到膠東大餑餑和威海喜餅。很喜歡房間的窗户休息區，白天曬着陽光暖暖的，晚上坐在窗邊看夜景，美滋滋。最讓人滿意的是酒店的服務，任管家服務貼心、耐心、待人謙和，總是面帶微笑，向家人一般的感覺，特別暖心，下次來威海還會選擇住在這裏。
