Best Sakata Hotels

This Ryokan was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and very traditional. The room was equipped with an air-conditioner/heater and a kotatsu table, which is a Japanese heated table. The location it wonderful, the hotel is surrounded by resturants and bars. And the owners are the sweetest and kindest couple I've met. When we visited it was cold and rainy, and we thought we had to walk to the train station, when we asked the owner to call us a taxi, he went outside and pulled up in his personal car to drive us there! Besides the very difficult to aquire taste of natto, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything about my stay here was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend this ryokan!

We stayed in Route-Inn often and we are satisfied as usual. If you are driving it's very convenient to park your car free just beside the hotel. My wife commented that the breakfast is not as good as before (no breads especially)

The hotel covers a large area, there are many rooms, and there are several free parking lots of its own, and there are many parking spaces. It was necessary to take a tax from the tran station to the hotel. It's next to the warehouses so that's nice about the location. We used the bicycles from the hotel to see the town, which was very convenient. The room was a little outdated but clean. The Japanese breakfast was very nice. We had hoped to have dinner in the hotel, but they do not have it any more.

I booked a spacious Japanese-style room, but when I got there it was just a normal, small Japanese-style room. I asked the inn staff and they told me to contact Trip.com. I didn't know how to contact Trip.com, and they told me they had no room to change to, so I reluctantly stayed in the small room. The inn itself was very nice, and the staff were polite, but I really felt bad. I wish they'd make it possible to contact Trip.com immediately in cases like this. It left me with a very bad taste in my mouth afterwards. I didn't know who to contact, so I decided to write this.

First of all, access from Shonai Airport is perfect right in front of Sakata Station. I took a bus from the airport to Sakata Station, but I was surprised that the bus stop was right in front of the hotel in the moon! I made a reservation at Corner Twin this time, but the atmosphere was great to relax in the ease of spending in the room. I ate breakfast at the hotel, but it was rich in variety and delicious anyway. I had a good time in the same building before check-in. The library is very large and there is a tourist information center. Anyway, I am very satisfied. I definitely want to stay when I go to Sakata again.
