"Hotel staff big brother Hope is really nice, though it took 2 hours for CBP to release me after I arrived at the airport, he picked me up at 4 in the morning anyway. I told him I need a quiet room, so he upgraded my rooms to the best one the hotel could offer, which is really spacious and quiet. I also bought IT&E sim cards from the hotel, and he showed me how to activate and use. Over all, the coverage is good on the island. The trip to Isleta Mañagaha was exciting, Hope contacted a local driver/guide to take me there and take me back. I'm pleased with the 2 days’ stay in the hotel."

"The hotel room was terrible. The closet light was on all night, making it impossible to sleep. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable. The front desk staff was rude, and the pool water was dirty. I asked the front desk the night before what the latest check-out time was, and they said 2 p.m. However, when I checked out at 2 p.m., I was charged $57.50. It was very infuriating. The front desk staff blamed each other, and the manager refused to come out and was nowhere to be seen. The front desk employee, Elaine Demei, was also very rude. The night before, an intern named Cindy told us we could check out as late as 2 p.m., but the manager, Faimon, was away and didn't address the situation."

"Nice, cost effective, clean hotel to stay. Just a minutes walk to my favorite beach in Saipan. Room was large, clean and modern, had a balcony. Would recommend hiring a car but you can manage without one for a few days as well. Positioned off a side street off the main road, there’s a very limited number of restaurant choices and a few grocery markets just a few minutes walk away. Korean chicken restaurant on the ground level of the hotel. Hot/cold water refill available in the lobby along with a microwave. Lift and stairs to access the floors to the hotel. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!"

"The overall hotel in Saipan is really average. The hotel I stayed in Kensington a few days ago was almost the domestic three-star standard. When I switched to the pic, I was completely stunned. What about the room? It feels like a guest house, and the three buildings of the hotel don't face the sea. Maybe if you live closer, you can see a little bit from the side when you stick your head out. There are several water sports. In addition to the long slide, it is suitable for children of younger age groups to play. The beach is indescribable, there is so much glass shards that it is impossible to walk on it. The conditions in the shoal can only be used to play with small sailboats, because the water below the water is really unsightly, even a little disgusting. The water quality is clear, but there are many weeds at the bottom and it feels dirty. The staff were very enthusiastic. After dinner, we also encountered an activity in the performing arts hall. The children loved singing and dancing. The food was average. One day I made a reservation for a set meal at the restaurant at the water park. The food was served very slowly and the portion was about half full for our family, hahahahahaha. I don’t really recommend this place if you’re on vacation. Except for the water park, which is slightly attractive to children, the beach in the room is really not good. Any water park in China is not better than this one~ I hope you will listen to my advice!"

It was pouring rain that day, and as our boat docked, the owner was there on the shore, holding an umbrella for himself and another one for us. The environment is quiet and perfect for relaxation. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the shuttle service conveniently solves any transportation issues. ## Room Facilities and Hygiene: The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, equipped with amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. There's also a balcony and a terrace in the room, and the hygiene was satisfactory. ## Value for Money: The hotel prices are affordable, and the activity bookings were cheaper than other channels. Coupled with the attentive service, the overall value for money is exceptional. ## Special Services: They offer car rental services, a small kitchen, drinking water, and even water for brushing teeth. The driver even took us to see the dazzling night sky."

"As advertised, this is a two-star hotel with a great location. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was accurately described and pictured. The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. There's a common area with a fridge, TV, and water cooler—a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again. It was a great location and very safe."
