"The room upgrade made the stay feel like great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly. However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth. The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"Service is good. There were a lot of Korean staff, so it was comfortable, and everyone was friendly and helped with luggage storage and drop-off taxi reservations before and after check-in. However, it was strange that the drop-off taxi fare was about twice the difference between the amount informed by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so it's a bit of a struggle. Due to the aging of the facilities, aspects such as room condition and bed sheets were disappointing. It’s a great place to go for various activities and water play."

Bubble Beach, which is quite close to the hotel, has crystal-clear water and is definitely worth a visit."

"The hotel is located in the mountains. We arrived in the early morning and woke up to a stunning ocean view the next morning. Every morning, we could see the long coastline and tropical vegetation. The owner provided free transportation to and from the city, restaurants, and various activities. Any room needs or adjustments were promptly addressed. The owner recommended restaurants and helped with bookings (these recommendations weren't marketing; they were incredibly helpful to us). Airport transfers were also very convenient and quick. Almost all the food on the island was delicious. We are very grateful for the owner's hospitality during the National Day holiday. Saipan is beautiful, charming, and very safe. We hope everyone has a wonderful time at Secret Garden!"

"The room was really good value for money, clean and with strong airconditioning. Cindy, who welcomed me, was really hospitable and nice, helping me get a tour to Tinian with everything included and answering all the questions I have. There's free water at the reception and a kitchen at the back if you want to prepare your meals. The only downside is it's a bit far from restaurants but as most tourists rent a car, it should be no problem."

"The owner is incredibly nice, genuinely kind and sincere. The room is clean, tidy, and safe. Compared to accommodations in my home country, it's more like a guesthouse or a budget hotel, but the location is excellent – right in the city center, directly facing the ocean. It's just a short walk to McDonald's and a supermarket, and a bit further to various Chinese, Korean, and Western restaurants, as well as an American national park. The room is spacious, and for an island accommodation, there's hardly any musty smell. The owner even handled my airport transfers in the early morning, which was super reliable. Book with confidence; Saipan is definitely worth spending a few days relaxing."

There's a free shuttle to the city center every day, and a communal kitchen where you can cook. "I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day."

"The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise."
