Overall the stay was good, the staff professional and kind, however upon the initial arrival, the room kinda smelt quite bad, and the shower ultimately needs some attention

The ceiling was falling apart.. There were bugs in the bathroom by the sink.. the air did not work properly & the room had a smell to it.. I would not recommend this place to anyone staying from out of town or needs a place to stay locally..

Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. When I first arrived there were drug users hanging outside most of the rooms working on thier bicycles and smoking, once i checked in and was given my room key I went to my room 125.... when I opened the door the mattres and box spring were flipped up againt the wall and the TV was in the floor. The room smelt bad. I went back to the front desk and told the man that the room was destroyed and he put me in a different room 130.... the room was not destroyed but absolutely disgusting. Stains all over the blankets, chair and smelled terrible. Even the towels were yellowed and stained with brown stains. There was even hair in the sink and handprints on the mirror. The room was so terrible that I did not even stay there. I booked the room online so I was not able to cancel my stay there... I had to pay more to go stay somewhere else.

Even cucarachas when we get into the room . Hallways stinks, weather linking everywhere, scary people around. We had problem in our car and have to stay cause can’t move the card and we arrive at 11 at the hotel and stay there untill 1ers time in the morning.

No breakfast but Dennys is right next door

It was easy to book another night through trip.com And saved a lot since there were a lot of entertainment in the area.

Good value for money paid

Awful. Doors don’t lock. Doors don’t shut. Bathroom is horrible. I can say they were booked because of reggae rise up. I think red roof in. On 34th needs a revamp. The staff second shift front desk lady is awesome.

Ac was leaking into room. Tub and bathroom wall was delaminated. Shower head was broken. Mentioned it to staff and show no concern.

There were two people in line at the desk when we arrived complaining about TV's, outlets and a/c not working in their rooms. They couldn't be moved since the hotel was fully booked and maintenance was unavailable that day. Our room had dirty, stained, sticky spotted sheets, a bathroom sink that didn't drain and light fixtures that were broken. We left. No refund of any kind. Don't waste your money.

We change for another room because ours was dirty ,smell cigarettes and we found one dirty and wet towel,the police was 2 days by the hotel looking for someone,,,never anymore

We had to switch rooms first thing since the toilet was clogged and they didn’t have a plunger available. We had to go to the front every day to get the keys to be reprogrammed to be able to go back into our room. The best part of the stay there was leaving.

Unfortunately, there were roaches in my room. The hotel did reassign rooms but this was a disappointment and I have higher expectations of Red Roof Inn.

The stay was less than stellar, our keys had to be reprogrammed every day. I rented a room close to a venue I was working at for 3 days that was an evening gig that went until 3am every day. Service Team knocked on the door at 2pm on the first day to clear a clog on the AC that was leaking in the room below us. Which was fine, but they apparently didn't complete the task as at 8am the next morning they returned to the room knocking and waking the room, I explained that everyone was asleep and asked they return later to which they agreed. 15 minutes later the Manager knocked and told us that wouldn't work and they needed in now. We asked that we be give 30 minutes for everyone to wake up and get dressed before they came in and he agreed. 3 hours later they still hadn't returned to the room to complete the work they apparently needed to do NOW per the Manager. This was super inconvenient for my entire team that had to report to work the event that evening on less than four hours of sleep. The Manager never apologized or offered to move our room. All of which I found unprofessional, and extremely rude.
