Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Rochester - University Area

The area was fine, we were just in for an overnight stay. It felt safe. The room LOOKED clean, until: there was a dirty floss pick on the counter, there was dirt behind the bathroom door. The fridge would not get cold by any means, and the lights by the bed (that you would use to read,etc) did not work. We needed an extra blanket so we went to ask the worker at the counter (very nicely may I add). With an attitude she stated that they had more guests than they had accounted for but there were no extra blankets. At this point I explained all of the things wrong with the room and she “wrote them down”. After saying I would wait for her to look for the blanket, she “found” one. Breakfast was fine, pool was small but fine. Just very disappointed with room and service!

I am a student it was my first trip to Rochester to join the university of Rochester i stayed only 1 night the hotel was good like a 3 star hotel it was clean the breakfast was good the overall experience was good i am satisfied

樓上電鑽聲音吵的睡不着，去前台交涉，答覆他們在裝修，集團公司安排的，酒店沒辦法處理，後聯繫攜程客服，服務還好，給予合理解決方案到期果斷換店。

第二次入住，離羅切斯特大學很近。價格比疫情期貴了不少

免費早餐，性價比高

酒店距離羅切斯特大學非常近，交通方便，有停車場。 走廊衞生不好，房間內衞生間有食物殘渣，引來螞蟻若干。

送女兒去羅切斯特大學，交通便利，房間乾淨衞生，服務態度也很好，打掃房間不收小費，早餐還不錯

The location is ok with restaurant nearby but the room was not clean with dust all behind the door . The lid of TV remote control was missing. And the barrier in the sink in washroom was missing . The facility is so-so. The air condition was quite loud and couldn’t really turn lower. The breakfast was quite ok although the variety was not much than the other holiday Inn I lived before.

Very clean, was able to get a late checkout, no knocks on the door in the morning, we were able to sleep in!

Breakfast was cold and nasty plus no room to eat our dinner at tables cause the rooms were packed with teenagers and the toilet was so low couldn’t get off it with out help from my kid and boyfriend

Compared to other Holiday Inn Express’ I have stayed at before this one I felt was dirty. The bathroom in the lobby wasn’t clean. There was black mold in the roof of the pool area. The pool was cloudy yet full of chemicals our skin was very irritated after. There was duct tape covering missing seals in the window. This hotel was a smoke free facility and the lobby and room smelt like stale cigarette smoke. The beds and pillows were comfortable. And the bathrooms in the rooms were nicely updated.

Front desk man was great, cleaning staff was friendly all around the employees here make it great!
