Very beautiful location, 10 minutes ride to Roquefort caves, many space, tasty dinner served by host. The only one disappointing thing is that bed creaked and need some repair as each move it created the sound.

We had a welcome quiet break at this romantic hotel, the food was lovely and the surroundings are very pretty. Our host was great - very personable and interesting. We loved the building and our unique room with its tower and perfect views.

Situated 5km from Roquefort direction Saint Afrique, this domain gives you a calm and quiet environment. For a Hotelier like myself, there is total satisfaction in the hospitality offered. Steph' took us around and I was amazed at what is on offer. The accommodation is limited to 5 rooms but the major and great activity is catering at the domain grounds like cocktail receptions, weddings, seminars, and not to forget the warm service of the owner. He is charming and proud of what he offers thus many guests are satisfied and many repeat business. The only thing you don't want to miss is the surrounding natural environment 360° while on his property I am sure those who do events here appreciate more of the hilly scenes surrounding overlooking the domain. Imagine a Yes I do, end-year party, Birthday party, or seminar...I have all the reasons to recommend this domain. Go and discover! Accueil correct. Cependant, les photos, bien enjolivées, ne correspondent pas tout à fait à ce que nous avons vu.
Horaire peu souple pour le petit-déjeuner, qu'il n'est pas possible de prendre avant 8h30.
Table d'hôtes proposée, ce qui est une bonne chose compte tenu du peu d'offre en restauration aux alentours. Toutefois, impossibilité de joindre le domaine au préalable par téléphone, malgré plusieurs appels, pour évoquer une intolérance alimentaire, pour laquelle de toute façon aucune solution n'a été proposée.

Ambiance moyenâgeuse très sympa. Cuisine d'hôtes de qualité dans une salle voûtée. Nous avons été surclassé dans la chambre authentique avec son lit king size, wifi, son plafond cathédrale et sa salle de bain installée dans un pigeonnier d une originalité rare. Pour chipoter je demanderai de faire attention aux rangements des extérieurs, rien de grave, nous ne retenons que le meilleur et nous conseillons tres sincèrement cette bâtisse et ses hotes pour une halte dans le Larzac.

Nous devions séjourner dans 12 jours et le propriétaire nous appelle à l’instant pour dire qu'il préfère prendre un groupe pour un mariage !!! Un mariage qui se décide en 12 jours c'est bizarre... C'est tout à fait honteux de planter les gens comme ça. Je compte bien lui faire une pub d'enfer.

Arrivés un soir de canicule à moto à 20h45 accueil sans un verre d’eau fraîche et impossibilité de dîner car pas réservé ! Chambre ne ressemble pas aux photos mais propre avec une literie vieillissante. Nous devions partir tôt le matin et il n’a pas été possible de prendre le petit déjeuner… Très déçu

Avec une dakota box, facturation de 30 € supplémentaire pour une "suite irrésistible "mentionnée chambre dans leur site . Les nappes plastiques sur la table du restaurant sont sales, nous l'avons constaté en frottant, sans forcer, la serviette papier sur celle-ci. La porte moustiquaire d'entrée au restaurant est dans un état de délabrement avancé. La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer et la porte laisse un jour important dans le bas, la serrure est des plus basique. Seul point positif, rien à redire sur le repas et le petit déjeuner.
